STEEMD (IT) ↔ STEEMIT (D) site switch - Google Chrome Browser Extension
This is a little Google Chrome extension that switches you between STEEMD and STEEMIT site.
Also other way around.

It works by clicking extension icon or by clicking context item from right mouse click menu.
