Do Exercise And Stay Healthy
Many of the food we eat nowadays are much of carbohydrate which is convert to glucose and it family in which if it too much it will be converted to calories. Too much of this glucose causes diseases like diabetes, low sperm count, unable to perform well on bed and all this is need to be convert to energy and burn it out of the body. We can only burn the calories in the body by doing regular exercise which is also part of things we need to stay healthy and strong always.
What is exercise
Exercise is any activity that help the body to maintains physical fitness and good health.
Types of exercise
- Aerobic exercise: any physical activity that causes the body to use more oxygen than when resting. The reasons of this exercise is to reduce the blockage of the blood vessels which is cardiovascular disease. Examples include running, cycling, swimming, walking, skipping rope, rowing, playing tennis.
- Strengthening or Anaerobic exercise: this is the strength of bone and muscle. Examples include push-ups, pull-ups, weight training, sprinting and high-intensity interval training increase short-term muscle strength.
- Stretching or Flexibility exercises: it help to improve joint flexibility and keep muscles limber. The purpose is to improve the range of motion which can reduce the chance of injury.

Time for exercise
People prefer to set aside a day or some of the days to do exercise but exercise can be perform everyday like using 10-20mins everyday of the morning to do it but someone like me set aside Saturday morning between 6:30-9:00a.m to do my own exercise which involves aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
Positive factors that influence exercise
- High level of education: most of the people you will see doing exercise are people that are educated because they all know the impact of the exercise to there health in which if you introduce exercise to an uneducated person will tell you why will I be disturbing myself on what anyone won't give me money and the fail to understand that everything is not about money.
- Enjoyment of exercise: the way you feel when doing and after you finish exercise determine how you will like to do it. But when you are doing exercise you will see enjoyment in it.
- Adulthood activity: most people involve in exercise because the want to stay fit, strong and healthy when they get old.
- Ability to exercise: performance during exercise determine how you will involve in it like if you are able to meet your target you will be motivated to continue doing the exercise.
- Access to facilities: when you have access to adequate exercise facilities that will surely motivate you in doing the exercise.
- Support from family and friends: this can motivate someone when you see people encouraging you always.
Negative factors that affect exercise
- Low income: when the income recieve is low the person that want to involve in an exercise will prefer to use that time to sort for more money.
- Lack of time: this another factor that is affecting exercise, busy type people won't have time to involve in exercise.
- Poor self-image: deform people won't have the capability to in some of the exercise and the person will be depress even if he or she try to do it.
- Low motivation: people around you determine your involvement in exercise by what the say, the way they will behave will be a source of motivation. Let me take myself as an example on this, the place I was living before there was no motivation to involve in exercise because people around me didn't do and they are not encouraging me but now I have enough motivation from people around me because we all involve in exercise.
- Overweight: it will be very difficult for an overweight person to do exercise because the person won't have enough strength or get tired easily
- Advancing age: no matter what it will reach a stage that you won't have energy to do exercise again.
Benefits of exercise
- Weight control: doing exercise regularly it will burn the calories in the body which will be converted to energy and the energy we use will be more that the one we eat in the food.
- Reduce risk of cardiovascular disease: these are disease that causes the blockage or narrow of blood vessel to the heart. The disease include heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke among others which are the causes of death. So by doing regular exercise it will reduce the tendency of having all these disease.
- Reduce risk of some type of cancer: exercising the body regularly will reduce the risk of having breast and colon cancer.
- Reduce risk of type 2 diabetes: this type of diabetes affect aged people which is usually caused by poor diet and lack of exercise, so by doing exercise reduce the chance of having it.
- Strengthened bones and muscle: as we are getting older our bones bones become less in density i.e become weaker so exercise helps in the rate at which the bone losses it density and also help in reducing symptoms of arthritis.
- Improve mental state: exercise help in improving the mental well-being and easy built up tension and also improvement in thinking.
- Living longer: exercise can increase the chance of living longer when the body system as improve and the chance of having some of the diseases is reduce.
- Chance of learning: at the stadium or exercise centre you will meet people who know more than you and you can learn alot from them.
Safety precautions while performing exercise
- Begin exercise program slowly by starting with low-intensity exercises.
- Wear right shoes for your activity i.e don’t wear oversize or tight shoes
- Warm up before exercising.
- Make sure you look the surroundings when exercising outdoors.
- Make sure you drink water before, during, and after your workout session, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
- Wear appropriate dress for the temperature outdoors or involve indoor activity if it’s very cold.
- Discuss your health status with your doctor if you notice anything.
