Sugar is definitely sneaky, like MSG, so we really have to read food labels accurately! I'm in the process of cooking more from scratch so I can control how much sugar goes into my family's food. But definitely knowing the names of all different sugars is helpful since I need to rely on processed foods once in a while. Thanks.
