The importance of seeing a doctor and getting diagnosed cannot be over emphasised. Sometimes we self diagnose on Google and place ourselves on the wrong course of treatment. We must allow doctors to do what they are trained to do.
Self medication is definitely wrong and we all are guilty of this. Looking at the way people are getting broken means we need to take our health seriously.
