The brain is an organ that serves as the center of the nervous system in all vertebrate animals. The human brain is the most complex and least understood part of the human anatomy, the human brain cell can hold 5 times as much information as the Encyclopedia. It is so unique Everything you see, touch, think, remember and dream is generated within it. In some respect, the brain works like a computer, but one that does not stop rewiring itself as it learns and adapts. The brain will never stop learning until we let it go if we stop learning our intellectual capacity drains slowly which will result in poor mental reasoning and slow calculation.

If you develop your brain to do a specific (thing) skill that is what it will do, it won't do something you don't develop. Lets say you want to learn new skill, how to drive a car, the very first time you hold that wheel it won't be easy for you to drive the car at first but after a lot of practice you can then do it yourself without stress it will be so easy that you can drive the car with one hand, the process of learning your brain cells called neurons wire new connections on that particular skill, the human brain can go on and on developing new skills without losing its freshness.

The computer chip has about a billion transistor with 3 to 4 connection each, but the human brain has 100 billion neurons with that it has up to 10,000 synapses(synapses is the signals travel along nerve cell fibers as a wave of electrical charge) each, giving the human brain excellent (phenomenal) processing power.
100 billion is the number of neurons in your brain, 125 trillion approximately is the number of synapses in your brain.
This is some healthy exercises they will aid your memory.

Test your recall > memorize some list items you know and challenge yourself.
Learn a new skill > like a musical instrument or join the choir if like, a new language. The study shows that learning new and complex skills is ideal for the aging mind.

  1. Do calculation (math) in your head that is to manipulate formula and solve the problem without the aid of your calculator or pencil.
  2. Do exercises that improve both the mind and body such as yoga and some others.
We can develop our brain to actually do what we want, it may be hard at first but with continued practice, it will be easier like we never imagine, we are capable of developing our brain to any level.

Did you ever heard of SODOKU? It's a best task to train you brain... It has different level and you may wanna to proceed with killer lever where there no even had hint...

Yes, you are correct my friend soduko does help to develop the brain, I have tried (played) it myself, thanks for that.

Hi, @master-mind. This is quite good. However, you didn't cite the sources of your article. You might want to add that.

The brain is an organ that serves as the center of the nervous system in all vertebrate animals.

I found a similar sentence on the Wikipedia. If you need to use the definition, you need to either quote it by adding the symbol ">" follow by space and then put the link to its source.

What a great post. Love how you ended it with some ways to help keep the brain active and growing! Neuroplasticity was one of my favorites topics when I was at university. The brain truly is magnificent!
