Hmm, Hey! is it true that company's spay their apples with chemicals to protect and lengthen shelf-life? if its true?

or just peel the skin of the apple first before eating it.
Yes chemicals are used in many aspects of the food industry, thus also with apples. But talking about what is being used and what they may do to us or the environment is a whole other post. Cheers!
The chemicals can actually flow into the fruit through the skin as they might contain pores (might be wrong) , natural is the best
