The bantamweight in Marcus Brimage had no clue as to the debutant he would be facing, and he quickly moved to his normal weight class after feeling the unrelenting power of McGregor.
From Aldo to Alvarez, each man fell for the speed shift Conor enjoys lulling his opponents to sleep with. Conor will feint and throw a slow jab to have his opponent focus on a certain speed... and shape their rhythm from that... but Conor will pull back and seize consciousness with the blow one does not see.
In the matter of a second Conor is delivering a half-hearted blow with one hand, and sending a nuclear weapon with the other. The pull back from a southpaw that engages any powerful right hand into dead space is always a lethal weapon.. especially when fighting so closely in the pocket.
Eddie was so shaken by the rhythm shifts that he kept walking to his right side: into the power of Conor's left hand. The flim-flam kicks Conor throws are all deception and bait to conform the opponent into what he needs them to be. He conditions the enemy to come to his power...

He is a very talented fighter no doubt about it. I think he might be the greatest self promoter there ever was in MMA. He also is great at cutting weight which allowed him to have a big size advantage over most of his opponents he has faced thus far.
Don't think he'll have a size advantage at 155
