The New Orleans Pelicans Look to Take a 3-0 Lead Over the Portland Trailblazers

The Portland Trailblazers and the New Orleans Pelicans continue their best of 7 series in the Western Conference of the NBA Playoffs tonight. The game tips off at 8pm Central Standard Time and can be seen on National Television on NBATV. It is being played at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans. The Pelicans are favored by 3.5 points and the over/under is 214.5 points.
The New Orleans Pelicans are up 2-0 after pulling to road upsets in Portland. Anthony Davis has been sensational and is continuing to make his case that he is the MVP of the league. Jrue Holiday has also been on fire and Rajon Rondo is playing at his highest level since his glory days with the Boston Celtics. If Nikola Mirotic can continue to knock down 3 point shots, the Pelicans will have a legitimate shot and making a deep run.
The Portland Trailblazers are in BIG trouble after dropping the first two games at home. Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum have shot the ball terribly. The can’t make shots and that has been their biggest problem. The duo need to both go for 30+ tonight if they want to come up with a win in New Orleans. Zach Collins needs to step up his play on the boards and become more of a contributor on the post along with Jusuf Nurkic.
It will be a wild atmosphere for the Pelicans fans tonight. I expect Anthony Davis and company to get the job done at home and all but end the Blazers season.
