The Philadelphia 76ers hosted the Chicago Bulls at the Wells Fargo Center on Wednesday night. Both teams are coming off loses. The 76ers lost to the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night while the Bulls lost a heartbreaker in New Orleans the previous night, giving up a 18 point lead in the fourth quarter.
The 76ers took advantage of the Bulls in their second game of a back-to-back early in the first quarter, building up to a 13-point lead. The Bulls pulled within four midway through the second period. From that point the Bulls were outscored by 10 throughout the rest of the half. The 76ers Ben Simmons had a very productive half, two assists shy of recording a triple-double.

Philadelphia was able to add four more to their lead after three periods, virtually putting the game out of reach for the fatigued Chicago lineup. The reserves played much of the last quarter as the 76ers emerged victorious 115-101.
Simmons was able to complete his 5th triple-double of the season early in the third quarter, finishing with 19 points, 17 rebounds, 14 assists alongside Joel Embid’s points. Bobby Portis lead Chicago with points and 11 rebounds in the loss.

I wonder what the sixers record is when Embiid, Simmons, and Saric all score over 15 pts. I feel like it has to be pretty high.

Love how my Sixers are playing. No expectations for a playoff run but nice to see some of these young guys maturing quickly.

Sixers are going to be filthy for the next 5-6 years. Simmons can play. Can you imagine how good they would be if they didn't whiff on Fultz and his broken jump shot....I mean shoulder?
Hindsight is 20/20...but think about that team and add a Donovan Mitchell, Tatum or Zuzma.
They kinda messed up with the Noel-Okafor draft too.
Other teams have misses too....I'm not saying that. But this team had tons of picks over the last few years and although they hit a couple out of the park with Embid and Simmons....there were a bunch of darts that missed the dart board. Go Celts... :)

Simmons is really on the rise. Although he misses a lot free throw but he definitely makes up scoring in other ways.

A qui un fanático de los Bulls :D

Por aquí otro fanático de los BULL!!!

If not for the past couple of weeks where he hit "a wall", he'd be an all star reserve. Dude has an amazing career ahead of him!
