NFL Fantasy 12/9

We are back with another edition of NFL Fantasy Tonight! This will focus on the Sunday Night Game of the Week between the Chicago Bears and the Los Angeles Rams. Kickoff is set for 7:20pm Central Standard Time and the game can be seen on National Television on NBC. The Bears are underdogs at +3 and the over/under is 51 points.

Since this is a one game format, we have two choices at quarterback, Mitch Trubisky or Jared Goff. I think most of the public will probably go heavy on the Rams players so I will try and go the other way. Let's get started with the quarterback position.

M Trubisky QB 14700. Mitchell Trubisky has missed the last couple games due to a sore throwing shoulder. Chase Daniel got the starts and went 1-1 in backup duty. The Chicago fans will be thrilled to see Trubisky under center again and it should give the team a big spark.

He has been averaging 24 fantasy points per game. Tonight he will need to get past that number if the Bears are going to win and I think that he will be up for the challenge.

T Cohen RB 8600. Tarek Cohen is coming off of an incredible game that included the running back throwing a game saving touchdown pass at the end of regulation. Cohen has been Mr. Everything this season for the Bears offense and he is one of the most dangerous backs in the league. With the cold weather tonight, look for Cohen to have a big game out of the backfield running and catching the ball.

R Woods WR 9600. Robert Woods is putting up some very impressive numbers this year for the Rams. They picked him up from the Buffalo Bills and it has turned into a great move by the franchise. Tonight, Jared Goff will need to key on someone and I think Woods will get more looks than anyone else on the team. I like his chances to get past his season average of 17 fantasy points per game.

Tonight's game will have a big impact on the playoffs and the seeding. The Rams are hoping to get the #1 seed and home field throughout the NFC playoffs while the Bears are trying to stay in the lead in the NFC North.
