Because of the high interest last time, I decided to choose another German ice hockey game of this season. On Wednesday the 19.10.2016, 19:30 CET, the Iserlohn Roosters will play against the Eisbären Berlin. For the Iserlohn Roosters it will be a home game and they are currently positioned in 9th place in the league. The Eisbären Berlin are now in 6th place after the win against the ERC Ingolstadt.

[German] Aufgrund des großen Interesses letztes Mal, habe ich mich dazu entschieden noch ein weiteres Deutsches Eishockey Spiel von dieser Saison auszusuchen. Am Mittwoch den 19.10.2016, 19:30 CET, werden die Iserlohn Roosters gegen die Eisbären Berlin spielen. Für die Iserlohn Roosters wird es ein Heimspiel und sie sind aktuell auf Platz 9 in der Liga-Tabelle. Die Eisbären Berlin sind jetzt nach dem Sieg gegen ERC Ingolstadt auf Platz 6.

Iserlohn Roosters

The German ice hockey team "Iserlohn Roosters" was officially founded in 1994 and they have risen to the German ice hockey league in the year 2000. Since 2002 the club is playing in the German ice hockey actively and they are from Iserlohn, Nordrhein-Westfalen. Their overall previous successes are: First league master in 1989, West-German master in 1969, German junior-master in 2000, German youth-master in 2008 and just this year they achieved the title German students-master 2016. The season 2007/08 was the most successful season in the German ice hockey league for the Iserlohn Roosters up to now, where they have retired being ranked 5th in the quarter final.

[German] Der deutsche Eishockey-Club "Iserlohn Roosters" wurde offiziell 1994 gegründet und sie sind im Jahre 2000 in die Deutsche Eishockey Liga aufgestiegen. Der Club spielt seit 2002 aktiv in der Deutschen Eishockey Liga und kommt aus Iserlohn, Nordrhein-Westfalen. Die bisherigen Erfolge von dem Club insgesamt sind: Oberliga Meister 1989, Westdeutscher Meister 1969, Deutscher Junioren-Meister 2000, Deutscher Jugend-Meister 2008 und erst dieses Jahr haben sie den Titel Deutscher Schüler-Meister 2016 gewonnen. Die Saison 2007/08 war bisher die erfolgreichste Saison in der Deutschen Eishockey-Liga für die Iserlohn Roosters, wo sie auf Rang 5 im Viertelfinale ausgeschieden sind.

Eisbären Berlin

The Eisbären Berlin are the ice hockey club of the capital. The club exists since 1994 and so they are one of the founding members of the German ice hockey league. The club won the the german ice hockey cup in 2008 and they are the German champions of 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2013. In 2008 they have won the European trophy.

[German] Die Eisbären Berlin sind der Eishockeyklub der Hauptstadt. Der Club besteht bereits seit 1994 und ist damit ein Gründungsmitglied der Deutschen Eishockey Liga. Der Club hat den Deutschen Eishockey-Pokal 2008 gewonnen und sie sind die deutschen Meister von 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012 und 2013. 2008 haben sie die europäische Trophäe gewonnen.

How to Play

  • Vote on the main post to enter the bet (main post rewards will also be added to the Stake Pool).

  • Cast your Vote Bet on ONLY ONE outcome for which you bet on for the win (Multiple comment votes will be automatically disqualified by the script, unvote and revote counts as multiple votes and will be disqualified).

  • After 24 hours, the post and related game comments payout to the pool; remember 25% voters rewards are deducted from the total post payout value first as per Steem curation rules. Voters are rewarded in standard fashion in proportion to their Steem Power holdings.

The Stake Pool:

  • The remaining 75% of the total payout is paid out in 50% Steem Power and 50% in liquid currencies, the latter now varies in payout ratio after the new fork. To make the process less complicated, we have decided to use all paid out SBD to buy Steem in the internal market to create a grand total Steem Stake Pool.

  • 30% of the Stake Pool will be retained, of which 15% will go to the writer/sports presenter of the post, and the 15% balance towards editing, development and advertising.

  • 70% of the Stake Pool will be held until the event/game outcome is determined.

  • Once the winning outcome is determined, we will execute a proprietary developed script that will divide and pay out the Steem rewards equally, using the Power Up method, to Mass Distribute SP to all participants that voted on the main post as the entrance fee as well as voted on the correct comment representing the winning outcome.

  • Only participants with a Reputation of 35 or more will qualify to earn SP rewards, but non-qualifiers can still vote and comment in support of the redistribution initiative.

  • Entry cut-off time is the earlier of the post payout or the start of the event.

    It can take a couple of days for payout. Also, make sure to up-vote both the post and the comment (voting for your pick). Don't vote on both picks and never change your pick (changing your pick also disqualifies you). The vote must come before the event starts.

    If you followed all of these rules and still haven't been paid three or four days after the result, then I'd take it up with @steemsports.

      We just did a payout a few mins ago, lol we had issues connecting to the RPC servers it timed out half way a few times and we had to pay the balance manually....ouch! We are catching up now. Glad we are your favourite!
