What are my 2018 goals
So 2018 is upon us and it's time to tell everyone the goals and achievements we know we will not stick to. But here are mine and with the best of intentions I'm going to do my best.....
First up, stacking goals:
Im not a "big" stacker, I save when I can and so 100oz of silver is the most I can expect to get. So I'll shoot for that and see how it goes.
Im hoping to use some value from my steemit account to reach for a target of 1oz of gold. The only gold I have at the moment is a 1/2 sovereign and an @goldmatters 10g gold cube. So an additional 1oz is the target, it will most likely be fractional pieces picked up when the price is low and I'm feeling flush
Next up, helping a new steemian and spreading the love:
I've been pushing steemit to my friends and family and still can't get anyone to sign up. I don't understand this?? They all use Facebook and look through YouTube but won't use steemit.
So if I can't get anyone I know to join, I'll share what little I've learnt with a complete stranger and help them grow.
Finally give cryptocurrency more attention:
I've been watching, listening and learning! I think I've got to grips with wallets, exchanges etc... So I'm going to use 1 months worth of generated sbd/steem and have a flutter in the crypto market(starting with this post and January).
That's pretty much it for resolutions. 3,i don't think that's too many.... Well, come back in 12month and find out!!

Sounds like some great goals man. You do really need to delve into the crypto world a bit, it's an exciting time and there's some really promising alt coins for 2018. Great goals mate I think you will be able to stick to that and surpass them hopefully, did you mean 1/4 Oz sovereign? I definitely want to get some more gold this year

Sounds like good goals, you set them to be realistic, and I'm sure you can achieve them! Use some steem to buy if you can!

Welsh, my goals are huge, but I will share a small one first - to find my first coin.
Today it didn't rain, I went out to scout for coins with my metal detector... found a lot of screws, nuts, bolts and more nails.
Is finding anything decent so hard? xD

Just keep looking. Once you remove all the "junk" you're bound to find something nice. Keep hunting it does to time. Think of it as an excuse to get and and enjoy the fresh air and to get some exercise and that the metal detecting is just extra. Don't get disheartened or give up, the next big find could just be an inch away. Good luck
