Silver Ring of the 15th Century

in #steemsilvergold7 years ago

This is a silver ring of the 15th century. The ring was found by my friend with a metal detector in place of the old road. On the ring there is an inscription in Arabic and a symbol of faith. Probably this ring belonged to the merchant. In those days, traders moved with caravans along certain routes. During this campaign, the trader lost his ring, which 500 years later a man with a metal detector found. Now the person who found the ring wears it on his hand and considers it his best find.

That is a major cool find!

Goes to show how metals preserve themselves. The ring tells its own story. i have never used a metal detector but it proves the potential findings that are to be found. Is that .925?

I think that the test is not less than 800. Silver is very well preserved in the ground.
