I am a real bitch for stats and making lists so i thought i would show the group would i stacked this year. I am not the hardest stacker in the world, i have this women that lives in my house and she takes all my money. I have my date runs to get every year and i have my treat coins, sometimes the same are both. This is to show what someone can stack by putting around £40/$50 away every week plus some overtime money.
Look at all that cool shit. Non of these coins are included as they are 2018's :'(

I have already brought around 11 different 2018 coins but to because i had bought some of these 2017's at the end of 2016, fair is fair.
I have added that all up i get a total of 173.22 ozs of silver. Thats pretty good for 1 year and works out to around 3.33 oz's a week which is very good for setting aside £40 a week. I'll hit goal of 1000oz in 2 years if things keep up like this, it seems to be pretty consistent the past 3 years at around this amount. The only thing changing is the amount i need to spend.
- Silver bought from the Perth Mint was 28.87%
- Silver from Niue Mint (minted in NZ) was 27.71%
- Silver from the Royal mint was 23.09%
- Silver from the rest of the world was 22.64%
My avg per oz has gone up by £0.36 this year from £16.20 to £16.56. Not to bad at all considering that i got some good stuff and living in the UK brings a 20% Vat tax that needs to be tip toed around. I have added the Niue Pandas as a new date run because its the first year, i will stack 5 of each for the first five years and see what to do after that. I have also bought 2 thesilverforum hand poured bars made by backyardbullion. I will be buying these every year as i can pick the mintage number (85) and have a date run of 2 different weight bars, all with the same mintage numbers. My genuis has no limits. I will also buy a few more bits of gold this year, i will be aiming for an oz but we'll see. Its only 4 sov's but then again thats 2 tubes of brits and a treat coin. You see why i never get any gold!!
My stack ratio of gold to silver is 1/759. Haha, so for every 1oz of gold i have, i also have 759 oz's of silver. Thats crazy but it's way down from lasts year of 1/1626. Stats are fun and i like them. I have lots and lots more but im not sharing them all, they are for me. If you keep a spread sheet, would stats do you pull from your results? I dont do pie charts, i do like numbers. I like watching the numbers on my stacking spreadsheet get bigger every year and thinking this is easy and i can do it for another 30 years. I think, can i hit 6 figures a few years down the road?

Wow... Not too shabby! I didn't stack nearly as much as that in 2017. I plan on changing that this year though.
Thanks man, I got a slow start to the year but seemed to have caught up. There stackers out there doing 300oz orders every month. More money, more problems i say. Not a bad problem to have :)

I keep a list of what I have as a note on my iphone, but definitely haven't broken it down as far as you. I also don't like to publicly show ounce totals, doesn't make much sense since I post up just about everything I pickup, guess its just a quirk of mine, haha
I will say I cleared 2017s initial goal with plenty of time to spare so then I was even able to clear my secondary goal by a good margin. Its very encouraging to be able to do stuff like that so I totally get being pleased with yourself over meeting your goals!

Lots of people would not post their stack details but my stack is locked away in a very secure safe insured to the tits. Plus, how members on here from N.ireland, lol. Im open and free about it.

I seen in a book that doing the same things over and over can be boring but yields results. My silver buying is all pretty much habit now, except for treat coins.

Baker by trade. When the time you finish work depends on how fast you can do the work. You become decent at timing and multi tasking :)
Funny you should say accountant because i had thought about it and i mean proper thought about it when i was 20ish. But thought nah, i like baking and 6-7 years of schooling sounded like hell. Whos knows what life is gonna be in 6 years from now? Im pretty fast with numbers, this worked out very well for me when online poker was the craze a few years back.

Nice job @silverstackeruk, I guess I also need to make a goal to get more organized with my stack! lol I have been meaning to put a spreadsheet together and break it all down. Maybe I'll do that this weekend sometime.
Making a spreadsheet is one of those things you dont wonna do but when you begin its hard to stop. lol

I would like gold but i like silver too. I get more silver than gold for my money so i buy more silver. If i get more money i cant get more gold.

I copy paste them from my last posts and update the links every few days. Its become routine to do it this way. Im sure there is a better way but it takes no time.
