I did a full audit and should be all caught up on any missed posts now. There was an issue with the copper level members and a few spelling mistakes I found and corrected.

Quality Post Algorithm

So we held a little poll yesterday and looks like it was unanimous that people want the quality post Algorithm to stay. I will continue to remind everyone and explain how it works but basically is screen posts for at least 100 words and won't
vote if there is less. I did find a few posts that had just over 100, in the 120 range that were skipped though. There was also one really long posts that was all typed in < H3 > So I suspect that any words that have any HTML mark up are not counted, so please keep that in mind, maybe aim for 150 words to be safe. A few guys that did asked about missed votes were missed due to the quality post feature.

Lease

So I am sending the next payment for next month of 500STEEM to @mattclarke within the next hour after her post from yesterday pays out. So that's 1000STEEM so far for the 50 000SP lease. We will need more, so please keep your eyes peeled and let me know. We are also willing to buy smaller batches or another big one. I anticipate needing around an additional 20k - 30k SP. It would certainly be best if we could find another long term arrangement.

In light of this I am also going to be strongly suggesting people give SP delegations to Stax and Not Liquid Steem Donations, due to this issue with obtaining additional leases.

I am also going to increase to weight given to Delegations to encouraged this.

Each 50SP you delegate will be worth 2STEEM when calculating tiers

Therefore 250 STEEM POWER would get you a credit of 10STEEM and a Nickel Membership. I think that's a good goal for alot of people and it will save your liquid STEEM.

I'm not sure if this is going to entice anyone but I am also going to Credit 1000SP for a Silver Membership as an additional bonus. This is a good option for our half way to dolphin members, but I really don't want to make any members slider less due to delegations as well.

Once again the tiers will be something like this.

Gold =100STEEM or more donation (50-75% vote)
Silver=50STEEM =(25-35)%vote
Nickel=10STEEM =10%vote
Copper=Smaller donations or 90%>Vote for Stax-6%
Member= no/limited support -1% Vote

Return votes are subject to minor variations depending on uptake and posting behaviors

Second Chance Post

I'm excited to announce that we seamed to have converted another stacker! Our Steem Silver Round designer herself @bearone has caught the bug.
