1 oz Silver Steem Coin - Silver has been Purchased From the Mint!!
Progress is continuing to be made on the Silver Steem Coin! The price has been locked in with the mint for the first batch of coins!
As you all know how volatile the price of silver can be, which is why we locked in the purchase of the coins at the current price.
After speaking with the mint, orders of coins under 20 coins will be paid through the Phelimint site once the setup has been complete. This should be ready in the next week or so.
We are going to make a direct payment to the mint next Monday for the coins!

What issues do we have shipping to the UK?? Is there an easy way to do that!
I am trying to get a group order together for UK/Euro members with little success. See the link below. I plan to do it all legit, so VAT is a must however we can save on postage as a group.

From Canada our shipping to the UK is $25.40CAD, there are also international group buys being arranged if you prefer, otherwise we can accept directly.
I don't mind paying the shipping fee, the coins are going to be worth it.

This design is not necessarily finalized, just what we are thinking!
Will put the year on the Reverse side so we can use this design for future coins a la Canadian Mint!

This is a cool project. I was thinking of having some plastic ones made to hand out as "promo" coins to get people involved in Steemit too.
I'd like to order one of the silver ones, but I'll have to wait to see if I can afford it with my current finances being so tight.

I understand price increases. Silver changes in price as well as the added value for the actual stamped coin. It would be cool to get two and frame them in a coin frame with each side showing.
Would you be able to ship to New Zealand? Am pretty sure I can get Silvernova to buy in with a 20 coin order (10 each)? Would need to figure in shipping costs before I could confirm though. Awesome idea
That's great news, we have shipped to New Zealand in the past, it was $29.16CAD, so it would likely be very similar to that. May be worth while asking around and see if there's a few other guys as well.
