# 507 - Canadian Commemoratives - Part 14

In 2015-2016 the Royal Canadian Mint issued a series about Canada during the First and Second World War.

It was called "The Canadian Home Front" and I will show you the four coins that comprise this series.

All weight 31.39g (1.01oz) with 99.99% silver purity and Proof finish.

The fourth is a 2016 $20 called "Patrol Against U-Boats". Its mintage was 7,500 units.

It shows the Bangor-class minesweeper HMCS Drummondville of the Royal Canadian Navy, moments before U-132’s attack during the Battle of the Gulf of St. Lawrence (July 1942).

Another great looking commemorative coin from RCM! Thanks for sharing. Did I tell you that 90% of what you show here are all first looks for me, LOL. Goes to show what I know about RCM coins.

Most of the Canadian commemoratives that I buy on ebay are a first look to me too...
