Place your bets on the Daily High Price of Bitcoin with The Cryptocurrency Challenge!
CONTEST RULES:
- All traders are only allowed to place one “Price Pick”.
- All “Price Pick” must be placed no later then 01:00 am (EST) the day of the contest date.
- Actual Trading Closes at 11:00 pm (UTC) / 7:00 pm (EST) on the day of the contest date.
- All traders must UPVOTE post to play.
- All traders should try their best to spread the word about the contest; Re-STEEM, etc.
- Winner(s) will receive 50% of this post’s earnings (SBD). 💲💵 💲
- All Traders must place a “Price Pick” on what they think the High Price of Bitcoin (BTC) will be for the Trading Day [Example]:

DETERMINING THE WINNER:
- The High Price for the days Cryptocurrency will determine the winner for the day.
- The Closest Traders price to the actual High Price will be declared the winner.
- If there are 2 contestants with the same price (or an equal price difference), the “Price Pick” placed first (based on time) will be the Tie-Breaker (if needed).
- The prices will be determined based on the USD value of the cryptocurrency.
*The (HIGH) Prices will be determined on the prices listed on https://coinmarketcap.com. The prices can be found on the Historical Data page for each cryptocurrency. Winnings will post to winners account after all Post Earnings are cleared through the normal 7 day cycle.

I was intending to leave a comment referring to someone following me around in these contests - accidentally typed my comment ("I guess I should have picked 4518.77") in "edit" rather than "comment" - I realized what I did and fixed it immediately - within seconds... I do not have the ability to search the block chain but maybe someone out there does and can corroborate... Im sure I will live either way, but felt I should set the record straight...
Anytime a post is edited, the original time does not change. However, in the 'Replies' section it moves the post up to the current time that it is edited. This indicates that a post has been edited.
Your post fell inbetween two replies of 8pm and 9pm. This means that your post was edited.
In this case, you will not be the winner for this Challenge anyway so there should not be any issues.
However, in the future if any posts are edited after the closeout time they will be disqualified. We hope this clears things up and thank you for your understanding in this matter.
