The second image is surely the mene 24k platinum ring. From the meeting point in the ring, you can tell its a shape, and most likely the shape of a heart. And we all know the connection between a heart and February - VALENTINE.

So I guess it's a mene 24k platinum heart ring which @goldmatters will be giving to Mrs goldmatters on valentine day.
