2017 Bitcoin 1oz Silver Rounds!
These bad ass tokens just arrived in my mailbox today!
These represent the first bitcoin stamped silver rounds I am adding to my collection and I plan to start collecting the yearly series. Like the Steemit 1oz rounds - these are awesome collector pieces. Through a trusted seller on BitcoinTalk I was able to buy the rest of what he had at a small premium.
- 4 mirror silver
- 3 mirror silver + gold plating
Apparently they were hot sellers and are now getting tough to find at a reasonable price. Definitely excited I was able to snag a few of these, I love the gold coating with the reflective mirror finish!
I am giving one of the plain silver ones to a friend and then keep one of each finish for my own collection. The remaining 4 rounds (2 of each finish) I think I will give a couple away through Steemit contests and then either private selling or auctioning off a couple. Maybe I will try out a Steembay auction?

On a side note:
I really hope the 2018 Steemit round design can incorporate gold embroidering. Its simply amazing how it makes the coin design pop out and I don't think we should hold back this year. I know I would be willing to fork over the extra premium and I'm sure others would too.

I don’t know about you but that Steemit silver appears to be more elegant design then that bitcoin gold.
Still very nice and that finish on it is amazing!
Oh it is - I love my steem round. Hard to beat that design although the 2018 one might just do that

These are really cool to look at! I have seen some online, but I think they had copper in them and they seemed to cost quite a bit for copper. Great pickups to add to your collection.
Those copper ones have been going around for awhile. I have the 2013 collector box with the 3 different finished copper coins.
Hard to find silver ones. These were created from investors, kind of like the steemit rounds

Yup. But it is a BU coin so the gold will look BU. It won't be shiny prooflike looking gold. Ya know what mean?
