Today's new coins Irish and British
It has been slim pickings as regard to new coins but I did manage to snag two silver coins, they may not be in the best condition but they are not common coins.
Irish 2 schilling & 6 pingin
The first coin is an Irish equivalent of a half crown, it is really cool with the Harp and the Horse
British 2 shilling
Any Britisb silver coin with Edward VII on is always collectable as the can be rare, these coins hold a premium even in poor condition. The coin features Britannia standing and the portrait of Edward VII
Nice looking coins @gdwcoins! The first coin still has some really great detail on it especially for a coin thats almost 90 years old. Great buys!
I would say they are in poor condition, I have older coins in far better condition and much rarer
I like that Irish 2 shilling, looks great!

The Irish coin is really nice — i love those. And it’s cool to see the Brit design on vintage coins.
Recently posted my Irish half crown too. Didn't get it from anywhere but as a part of my Great Grandfathers little silver coin hoard he saved a number of generations ago. It's become an heirloom to me. My last post
