STEEMROMANIA: Ne facem echipă de curare! Te bagi?/We are gathering our curation team! Are you in?

Din 4 în 4 ani (sau din 5 în 5) vin unii care ni-l cerșesc. De prin '90 încoace votul nostru este ori cumpărat, ori furat, ori deviat. Nimeni n-a știut să ne spună cât valorează... pentru unii a fost egal cu o sacoșă electorală, pentru alții cu vile cu terenuri de tenis.

Pe Steemit e simplu. Fiecare dintre noi știm cât valorează votul nostru și ce putem face pentru a-i mări greutatea. Ba mai mult. Știm cât valorează votul "vecinului".

Long story short, @steemromania are nevoie de voi. Pentru ca toate lucrurile să intre încet încet pe făgașul normal, pagina are nevoie de o echipă de curatori full-time. N-aș vrea să sperie termenul de "full-time". Nu pontează nimeni pe nimeni și nu trage nimeni pe nimeni la răspundere. Este un job benevol care are importanță în mai multe aspecte ce țin de pagină și de comunitate:

1. CURARE: împarte votul paginii @steemromania în funcție de mai multe criterii de competență și/sau curare pe baza unui algoritm de suținere socială.

2. ADMINISTRARE:
   a) veghează ca votul să fie consumat cât mai aproape de limita minimă decisă de echipă pentru a nu se risipi
   b) folosește resteemul paginii pentru a promova articolele de calitate

3. PROMOVARE:
   a) redactează, de două ori pe săptămână "Revista Steemromania" care selectează, colectează și promovează cei mai buni autori ai comunității împreună cu articolele respective
   b) redactează și donează articole care să genereze reward-uri, expunere și reputație paginii

Faptul că @steemromania, împreună cu trail-ul, reușește să dea reward-uri, la un vot de 100%, undeva în jurul valorii de 1$, într-un timp relativ scurt, cu un număr relativ limitat de persoane care au delegat sau care s-au înscris în trail, este impresionant. Să vă spun sincer, nu mă așteptam să ne coagulăm așa bine, așa de repede, ținând cont că peste tot spunem despre noi, românii, că nu suntem uniți. Pagina reușește să împartă recompense (calculând numai SBD-ul, la cursul scrierii acestui post) cam de 1500 de lei, lunar.

Pare puțin, al dracului de puțin, știu. Alimentele de bază se scumpesc și tâmpiții ăștia de la guvernare o tot bagă p-aia cu "la noi datele spun altceva..." și ne inchid gura rapid.

Totuși e un punct de plecare, care, la nivelul actual de SteemPower, poate fi ajustat încât să aducă recompense mai mari.

Dar acest lucru se poate întâmpla numai dacă reușim să coagulăm o echipă de curare formată din 5 membri:

1. Curatorul de Pază al Comunității - (am dat-o așa... poetic, gen cum e presa "Câinele de pază al democrației", got it? 😛)
   Calități:
   -împarte votul pe baza principiului "individul contează înaintea contentului"
   -balansează raportul de curare între membri comunității
   -are o viziune prosocială, orientată către self-abundance și sustenabilitate

2. Curatorul artist
   Calități:
   -împarte votul pe baza principiului "artă și conținut înainte de individ"
   -caută compoziție de calitate din toate domeniile multimedia
   -are un simț artistic dezvoltat
   -este capabil/ă și deschis/ă la toate genurile de artă

3. Curatorul miner
   Calități:
   -împarte votul disponibil și pe alte tag-uri, către români
   -este însărcinat cu căutarea, susținerea și aducerea în barca @steemromania a altor români (come to the -dark side, we got cookies)

4. Curatorul de finețuri
   Calități:
   -n-ar fi rău dacă ar fi de sex feminin 😄 (sperăm ca măcar încă un post să-l ocupăm așa dar cel puțin acesta cu ar fi potrivit unei prezențe feminine)
   -caută și susține în general content cu accente emoționale, psihologice, motivaționale

5. Curatorul fotograf (toată lumea este fotograf în ziua de astăzi așa că un ochi profesionist și/sau o critică constructivă nu ar strica)
   -caută, susține și promovează mainly conținut foto/video
   -are cunostințe de grafică digitală, fotografie, montaj video, manipulare foto;
   Cu excepția "curatorului miner" toți ceilalți oameni din echipă vor căuta articole numai în tag-ul steemromania precum și în secțiunea "postări" de pe serverul de Discord SteemRomania.

Dacă nu știi de ce să te bagi în treaba asta, îți voi da mai jos câteva motive:

1. notorietate - încep cu aceasta pentru că este de departe cea mai importantă pentru tine, ca și cont de Steemit; nu dovedește egoism ci dimpotrivă, dovedește o gândire matură axată pe rezultate pe termen mediu/lung;
2. relaționare - faptul că ne vom certa între noi, pe Discord, care articol să fie curat, de ce sau de ce nu, ar trebui să te excite, nu să te dea înapoi; va fi uneori o bătălie de opinii care va deveni din ce in ce mai interesantă pe măsură ce pagina va avea mai multă notorietate, steem power și expunere; vom avea întâlniri, vom face planuri, vom gândi proiecte împreună;
   3.** experiență** - dacă esti un "yes man" (sau "woman") atunci efervescența de content pe care vrem să o înfiripăm pe lângă această comunitate ar trebui să te facă să ni te alături; cu siguranță comunitatea se va dezvolta iar proiectele pe care acum doar ni le imaginăm vor deveni potențiale realități... din care n-ai vrea să lipsești; daca ești un "nay sayer" atunci las-o pe mâine;
3. subiecte de blogging - astea se traduc direct in SBD "my friend"; așa că dacă vrei și ceva cașcaval, suferi de pana scriitorului dar ai mintea liniștită și deschisă la nou, frumos și măreț, acest "job" îți va crea reale oportunități de a-ți găsi propriul stil, care să prindă și să aducă "caș-ul"; totul e să vrei și să muncești un pic

Credem că cei 5 curatori pot crea un mediu propice pentru dezvoltarea unei comunități ce adună membri români, bazându-se pe o cultură a consensului. În acest sens, primul lucru pe care îl va avea de făcut este de a încerca să dezvolte un sistem de abundență financiară care să fie distribuită constant membrilor comunității, pe baza calității content-ului.

La ora actuală avem doi curatori (unul dintre ei vă scrie, haha) @alexdory si @vonaurolacu. Pe @lishu încercăm să-l convingem să rămână în echipă și după ce o completăm, el fiind omul care face curare în cea mai mare parte a timpului acum, care s-a ocupat cu dăruire încă de la începutul proiectului @steemromania și a cărui orientare către "do good!" va fi greu de înlocuit.

Liniile generale și regulile exacte prin care se va proceda la votarea unui articol, precum și decizia prin care se aplică o anumită putere de vot, vor fi discutate, huidute, boicotate, votate și adoptate abia după ce putem spune că avem acest nucleu de 5 oameni. Prima sarcină pe care această echipă o va avea de dezvoltat și rezolvat este să decidă în consens modul în care se va administra pagina. Cei 5 vor fi cei care vor stabili regulile de curare și își vor împărți, pe baza skill-urilor fiecăruia, sarcinile.

Cum faci să întri în echipă?
Ai CV?
N-avem ce face cu el.
Ai referințe?
Foarte bine! Nu asta ne interesează.
Profesorii de la școală vorbesc frumos de tine?
Să-ți pună note bune. Nu școala îl face pe om.

Trebuie să compui. Nu vreo simfonie ci un articol prin care explici comunității ce crezi tu că este "curarea" și cum vezi tu toată această treabă pe care ecosistemul o pune în cârca fiecăruia dintre noi. Vrem să vedem cât de mult ești implicat/ă în Steemit din punctul de vedere al stâpânirii mecanismelor care îl fac ceea ce este dar mai ales vrem să aflăm perspectiva ta asupra procedurii de bază a sistemului.

Ce crezi că e? Simți o filosofie dincolo de ceea ce pare un simplu vot? Crezi că are importanță? De ce? Crezi ca nu are importanță? Explică-ne. Poate schimba ceva în lume sau dimpotrivă, e doar o găselniță de moment, o altă procedură de nepotism? Vrem să citim tot ceea ce ai de comunicat pe baza acestui subiect de aceea te rugăm să ne lași printr-un comment, link-ul către articolul tău iar noi vom considera că dorești să participi la procedura de "recoltare a curatorilor din piață".

Suntem curioși câți veți participa și mai ales câți veți dori să participați activ, atât cât puteți, la procedura de curare de conținut.

Știu că e mai simplu să privești lucrurile din exterior cu detașare, lipsa de implicare fiind atât confortabilă cât și lipsită de orice fel de problemă. Reward-urile sunt aici pentru a scoate ce e mai urât din noi: lăcomie, frustrare, invidie. Doar implicarea în activități care să adune indivizi sub aceeași oblăduire, concentrând și distribuind puterea adunată a acestora către fiecare, putem vorbi de viitorul steemit, al @steemromania și al indivizilor.

As Romanians, we are haunted by this "voting thing".

Every 4 years (or 5) there are these people coming and begging for it. Starting with 1990 our vote was either bought, stolen or deviated. Nobody was able to explain how much our vote weighted so for some, this was equal to a groceries bag while for others equaled with tennis court villas.

On Steemit this is simple. Each and every one of us knows how much his/her vote is worth and we know clearly what we can do to increase its weight. Even more. We know what's the neighbor's vote worth.

Long story short, @steemromania needs you. As everything to fall into its own, designed place, we need to come up with a full-time team of curators. The term "full time" should not act as a scarecrow. There is nobody controlling anybody. And there are no working hours. It's a willing job that touches multiple aspects regarding the page and the community around it:

1. CURATION: it divides the vote of @steemromania based on multiple domains of competence and/or a social support algorithm
2. ADMINISTRATION:
   a) checks out that the vote will be consumed as close as possible to the minimum limit decided by the curation team
   b) uses the page resteem ability in order to promote quality content
3. PROMOTING:
   a) writes, in the frequency of 2 articles/week, the "Steem Romania" magazine which selects, collects and promotes the best authors of the community together with their articles
   b) writes and donates articles to the page in order to gather rewards and reputation for it

The fact that @steemromania manages, together with its trail, manages to share rewards, considering it votes with 100%, of about 1$, in a relatively short time since its start, with a relatively low number of people that delegated SP or checked-in the trail, is impressive. I have to be honest and say that I personally didn't expect to glue together that fast, considering that everywhere Romanians claims about themselves that they are not "united". Calculating only the SBD at the rate when this post was written, the page shares about 1500 lei per month.

I know this is not much. On the contrary. The basic groceries are getting more and more expensive while the idiots in charge of the country say that "their data show different...". They shut our mouths pretty fast with that. Still, this is a good starting point and in time and with the right team, this can be adjusted so that the rewards generated are even higher.

But this thing will only happen if we manage to get together a team of 5 members:

1. The Community Guardian Curator - (I made it a little bit poetic, you know...like the mass media should be "the Guardian of Democracy" 🙂 )
   Feats:
   -it divides the vote based on the "individual before content" principle
   -it keeps a balance of the curation between members of the community
   -has a pro-social approach and mentality, orientated towards self-abundance and sustainability
2. The artist Curator
   Feats:
   -it divides the vote based on "art and content before individual" principle
   -searches for composition in all arts and multimedia
   -has a developed sense of art
   -is open to understanding all types of art
3. The mining Curator
   Feats:
   -shares the vote for romanians on other tags than #steemromania
   -it has the task to search, curate and bring them inside the @steemromania community (come to the dark side, we got cookies)
4. The Velvet Curator
   Feats:
   -would be great if this curator would be a woman 🙂 (we hope that at least one of the places on the team will be filled by a woman so we want to reserve THIS SPECIFIC spot for a minimum feminine presence)
   -searches and supports generally content regarding emotional, psychological and motivational approaches
5. Photography Curator (everybody photographs in today's world so a professional/critical opinion is always welcomed)
   Feats:
   -searches for, supports and promotes mainly photo/video content
   -has knowledge of digital graphics, photography, video editing, photo manipulation

With the exception of "the mining Curator", everybody else from the team will be searching for articles only on the tag #steemromania as well as in the section "postari" on the Discord channel, SteemRomania.

If you don't know what's in it for you and why you should get involved, I will give below a few pertinent reasons:

1. notoriety - I start with this because it's by far the most important for you, considering one Steemit account; this doesn't prove somebody is selfish, on contrary, it shows a well balanced personality with plans for medium and long term;
2. networking - the fact that we will sometimes argue on Discord on which article to get the vote, why or why not, should excite you and by no means be a deal breaker; there will be constructive battles that will get more and more interesting as the page will get more notoriety, the steem power and the exposure will increase; we will have meetings, we will make plans and plan projects together;
3. experience - if you are a "yes man" (or "woman") then the frenzy of content we are trying to inspire into the community should make you join us; for sure the community will grow and the projects we now image will become possible realities... from which you will want to be part of; if you are a "naysayer" then you can put this behind you;
4. blogging subjects - this translates directly to SBD, my friend; so if you want some dough but in the meantime you have a writer's break down in spite of your wits, then you have to think openly and see the oportunity a "job" like this could offer in terms of possible writing subjects;

We think the 5 curators can arrange a suitable environment for the community to grow and gather around as many Romanians as possible while it relies on a culture of consensus. In this respect, the team will have to firstly come up with a system throughwhich to be able to start offering a glimpse at what a "financial abundance system" based on content means.

At the time of writing, we have only 2 volunteer curators (one of them is writing to you) @alexdory and @vonaurolacu. We are trying to convince @lishu to stay at the party even after it's completed, him being the guy who curates on a regular basis on the page right now and him being the guy who put in a lot of effort even from the start of it.

The general rules and directions of curation and means of voting will be discussed and adopted after the team has been completed and the nucleus of 5 people is working. The first task the guys will have to solve will be to decide by consensus they way the page will be administered. The curator team will be assigning themselves the curator posts, based on the skills of each and every one of them.

No man. You've got to write an article. Not some Tolstoi complexity but an article through which you explain to the community what you think "curation" is and how you see this thing that the system left if upon our shoulders. We want to see how involved you are in Steemit considering the knowledge of the mechanisms you get. Most of all, we want to get your point of view about the central revolving procedure of this entire ecosystem.
