What if the video lacks seeds and leechers?

Direct upload can handle that problem. But the torrents need the seeding. If a video blogger had to step on this... then he need to pay for seedboxes. Because every individual cant able to afford such high bandwidth it requires. May for couple of videos. Its OK!!

But, for a video Blogger?

As @jwolf said, witness may solve this issue. If not, then steemit platform should take care about seedbox thing, then its a big YES!!

Just my opinion. I may be wrong in my understanding about torrent file sharing system. I am open and positive to get corrected.
