Molecular Mixology with Chef Zachary
Molecular Mixology with Chef Zachary
What a wonderful Molecular Mixology class that was at The Pantry at Delancey. As always. We had Chef Zachary Pacleb of brothers&Co. at the helm. Chef Zachary never disappoints and, in fact, always inspires and motivates me.
There were all sorts of spirits that evening and Chef Zachary did a wonderful balancing act of incorporating their different flavors to create elegant and refreshing drinks. Some light, some delicate, some explosive, some enticing, ... it was a roller-coaster ride of cocktail fun ...
Sharing with you a sampling of the delectable treats we had ...
Those pics made my mouth water. I need all of that now! Thanks for sharing.
They were really good. Thanks for stopping by!
OMG! I love Rhubarb Tartlet, I didn't know about it until I moved to Sweden for a couple of years. I been trying to look for it in Mexico :)
Chef Zachary made this wonderful crust with a delectable rhubarb filling. It didn't stop there ... it was topped with a flavored cream and beautiful edible flowers.

Molecular mixology and gastronomy is such fun stuff! Thanks for sharing.
And perfect timing for rhubarb as an ingredient. Just posted a little sweet treat filled with it today myself :)
I've been experimenting with rhubarb this year because my dear friend Jean has lots of beautiful rhubarb growing at her farmhouse. It's quite amazing. And the leaves are great in a vase.
Will check out your post.
