OMG! I love Rhubarb Tartlet, I didn't know about it until I moved to Sweden for a couple of years. I been trying to look for it in Mexico :)

Chef Zachary made this wonderful crust with a delectable rhubarb filling. It didn't stop there ... it was topped with a flavored cream and beautiful edible flowers.

Rhubarb tartlets in Sweden ... so interesting! Great to know. Thanks for sharing!
