Sitges is a holiday town that sounds warm and romantic.When we planed the trip, we found this small town 40 kilometers away in the south of Barcelona.My wife and I are both fond of jollification liveliness. In addition to the world-famous attractions such as the The Sagrada Familia, we hope there is a place where we could experience matador-style passion and romantic, that's what Sitges means to us. This is the so-called festival city, the mardi gras celebrations in February and march is said to be one of the biggest and craziest festivals in Spain, when people drink, sing and dance in the daytime and in the whole night as well. In the festival of holy festival in June, streets and alleys are covered with flowers, the town becomes a colorful, fragrant garden.By the end of August, the statue's traditional parade was back in full swing.So what is waiting for us in this festival city in October?

锡切斯，是一个听起来就觉得热情和浪漫的度假小城。在订西班牙旅行攻略的时候，发现了这个位于巴塞罗那以南40公里的小城，一番了解后就标注成我们必去之地之一。我和老婆都是喜欢热闹的人，除了圣家堂这些享誉世界的景点外，希望能有那么一个地方，可以体会西班牙人斗牛士般的热情和豪放。锡切斯无疑符合这个标准，2月到3月的狂欢节庆祝听说是西班牙最大最疯狂的节日之一，大家一边喝酒，一边唱歌跳舞，通宵达旦。6月的圣体节，大街小巷又铺满了鲜花，小城成为五彩缤纷、香气扑鼻的大花园。到了8月末，巨人像的传统游行又开始热热闹闹地上演。那么十月份的“节日之城”又会有什么在等待我们呢？

After getting off the train, we could feel the air of the Mediterranean Sea before arriving at the beach.The building of sitges was framed with simple and dynamic lines. The walls were mostly white or light yellow with blue Windows and eaves. The painting of town house was simple and consistent with concise and lively elements. we walked across the street,visiting the delicate Mediterranean houses of cafes, souvenir shops and bistros.

下了火车，还没见到海，就能感觉到迎面而来的地中海气息。锡切斯的建筑富有简单而又动感的线条，墙面多为白色或鹅黄色，点缀着蓝色的窗檐，小城建筑的涂料简朴而有质感，显得一致、简洁、活泼。随处游览街道沿边的咖啡厅、纪念品商店和小酒馆，地中海式的建筑风格显得小巧精致。

There were many people on the street, many of them went shopping with a tall glass in their hands. While we were still wondering, we saw a flag not far away. It turned out that the theme of the festival city today was the wine festival. Along the street there were many pavilions where visitors could enjoy aperitifs, wines and champagnes. Naturally we joined the team, bought a glass and tasted the wonderful vintage of Iberia.

街边酒吧人非常多，好多人手上都拿着一个高脚杯，边喝边逛街。当我们还在纳闷的时候，就看到不远处有一个旗帜，原来节日之城今天的主题是酒节，沿街摆了许多摊位，等待八方宾客品尝西班牙的开胃酒、葡萄酒、香槟。于是，我们加入活动的队伍，花上2欧买了一个酒杯，品尝伊比利亚的甘醇。

After drinking a glass of wine, we came to the beach. Sitges's beach is one of the most beautiful sights on the southern coast of Barcelona - lined with parasols and deck-chairs, it is used as a resort and paradise by countless convalents and tourists.We lay on the beach and enjoyed the beautiful coastline of the western Mediterranean.The sky, which had just been heavily overcast, turned into deep blue all of a sudden.The warm, moist wind of the Mediterranean, with its lazy charm, had cleared my minds, and all I want was just lying on the beach until the sun went down.

杯酒下肚，我们来到这里的海滩。锡切斯的海滩是巴塞罗那南部海岸线上最靓丽的风景线——上面布满了阳伞和折叠躺椅，无数的疗养者和游客把这里当成度假胜地和乐园。我们躺在沙滩上小憩，欣赏地中海西部的美丽海岸线。天公作美，刚刚还浓云密布的天空突然变得蔚蓝，远处云层在这幅浓墨重彩的画面上慢慢舒展开来，与层峦叠翠的山丘交相辉映，显得恰到好处。地中海温暖潮湿的海风，带着慵懒的气息，扑面而来，此刻大脑已经清空，只想躺在沙滩上直到太阳落山。

It was said that there were many artists living here, and we also ran into an artist fair where we could buy many works of art pioneers.We walked past a T-shirt dyeing shop and found these interesting hilarious pieces.

据说有很多艺术家居住在这里，我们也碰到一个艺术家集市，在这里可以买到很多艺术先锋的作品。我们路过一个T恤烫染店，发现这些有趣的作品，令人不禁捧腹。

Although it is quite small, Sitges is very Spanish, which is a ideal place for us to experience the local customs and culture in foreign countries, rather than simply to check in well-known attractions.

小城虽小，但是非常富有西班牙生活气息，这也是我们旅行的目的——去感受异国他乡的风土人情，而不是简单的景点打卡。
