Sarira Stupa by the road near Chiljangsa Temple, Anseong City
There were stupas by the road. It was unexpected. It was hard to imagine there were stupas in this place. The stupas stood far from Chiljangsa temple. Thinking of the distances of the flag holding parts and the stupas here, Chiljangsa must've been a very large temple.
The stupas were well arranged. In my guess, those stupas were the typical types of Choson dynasty. It looked like a Buddhist Bell.
The names of the owner were written on the stupas, and some were not.
All Stupas looked the same but slightly different from each other. What made differentiate from each other was the head part of the stupas.

They are like guardians along in one row, being exposed on open place that gives an opportunity for the people to stop and come to explore, which is good as they are relics and the witness of history. Looking at the top of stupas they are really differ one from another :)
