遠古健身法(一)[行氣玉佩銘] Ancient [XingQiShu] - Today’s QiGong

縱觀中國五千年文化,健身的方法歸納成兩大主流,行氣術、導引術。

先講一下,行氣術。行氣術即吐納或氣功,[氣功]兩字已把儒家的全心養性、佛家的禪定止觀、道家的修心煉性的內容統攝於其中。但是一般平民百姓,都理解氣功為一般醫療方便的作用,又或是習武的硬氣功,甚至是一些特異功能,至於固中的哲理及文化淵源,都時一知半解。

如要從行氣術的養身功夫來看氣功,最遠古的文獻要數到戰國時代的[行氣玉佩銘]了,這是最早有關氣功的資料,距離現今大約二千五百年之前,行氣玉佩銘是一件出土的文物,於一九七五年在長沙馬王堆發掘時發現二千五百年前藩王的墓葬中,大約中秋戰國時代初期的文物,是一件玉石雕刻的藝術品,原文雕刻於12面玉柱上,玉柱高五點三釐米,直徑三點五釐米,現藏於天津歷史博物館。其文曰: [行氣: 心則蓄,蓄則伸,伸則下,下則定,定則固,固則萌,萌則長,長則退,退則天。天機舂在上,地基舂在下。順則生,逆則死。] (羅振玉版本)。

這就是遠古的氣功,可以理解成五部分。

1)[蓄] 就是把氣深深的吸到體內。

2)[伸] 就是把氣延伸向下。

3)[定] 就是把氣定在小腹,保持住這個狀態形成[固]。

4)[萌] 這個靜極生動的結果產生出真氣。

5)[退] 這個是溫暖的真氣從背脊的督脈上引至頭頂。

整個行氣術完成。

用現代醫學角度來看,現時找到身體內的荷爾蒙超過60種,經過現代科技研究,行氣吐納之術,可以令身體進入無為之境或是潛意識狀態,激活多種荷爾蒙,令身體陰陽自動調和達到自己療癒效果,有病除病無病養生。

不要小窺這個行氣吐納,只要每天找一個清新的環境,雙腳平肩站立,眼微神內收,每次深深吸氣,引導到小腹,氣定住3到5秒自然感覺小腹充實,腰間出現一股暖流,往往向上昇然後呼氣再吸氣繼續,每天可做二十至三十次,自然有意想不到的養生效果。


Throughout China's five thousand years of culture, the method of fitness is summarized into two major mainstreams, Dao Yin and Xing Qi Shu.

XingQiShu is the breathing or today's qigong. The word [qigong] has taken the whole content of Confucianism, Buddhism's meditation, and Taoist's cultivation and refinement. However, the general civilians all understand that Qigong is a general medical convenience, or that it is a hard qigong of martial arts, or even some special functions. As for the philosophical and cultural origins, they are all ignorant.

If you want to look at qigong from the martial arts training, the most ancient literature should be counted in the Warring States era [Xing Qi Yu Pei Ming], this is the earliest information about Qigong, about 2,500 years ago, [Xing Qi Yu Pei Ming] is an unearthed cultural relic found in the tomb of King Wang 2,500 years ago when he was excavated in Mawangdui, Changsha in 1975.

The cultural relics of the early Mid-Autumn Warring States period were a jade-carved art. The original text was carved on 12 surfaces pillar. The jade pillar is 5.3 cm high and 3.5 cm in diameter. It is now in the Tianjin History Museum.

Its text: [行氣: 心則蓄,蓄則伸,伸則下,下則定,定則固,固則萌,萌則長,長則退,退則天。天機舂在上,地基舂在下。順則生,逆則死。](Luo Zhenyu version).

This is the ancient Qigong, which can be understood as five parts.
1)[蓄] [Storage] Breathe-in air into the body deeply.
2)[伸] [Extension] is to extend the air downwards.
3)[定][set]It is to set the air in the lower abdomen and maintain this state to form [固][solid].
4)[萌][grow]At the end result produced human energy.
5)[退][return] The warm energy from bottom spine to the top of the head.

From the perspective of modern medicine, more than 60 hormones have been found in the body, and modern technology research has been conducted.
[XingQiShu 行氣術] It can make the body enter the subconscious state, activate a variety of hormones, and make the body yin and yang automatically reconcile to achieve their own healing effect, disease get healing, no disease get health.

Just look for a fresh environment every day, stand with your feet flat, your hands lightly on your lower abdomen and each time you inhale deeply, guide you to the lower abdomen, and hold for 3 to 5 seconds, naturally feel the abdomen full, and the waist appears warm current tends to rise and then exhale and then inhale, and can do twenty to thirty times a day, naturally with unexpected health effects.
