Recipe of Lumpang by me (in bilingual)

Ngedraf resep Lumpang sudah dari sekian lama, bahannya pun lengkap, pulang pukul 10.00 WIB langsung eksekusi kue Lumpang, eh, lihat postingan @chandrayunita kaget, sama ide hari ini buat kue lumpang, tapi bu cut sandra lebih dulu ngepost dan sedap kayaknya.

Tujuan sama, pingin makan Lumpang tapi cara berbeda, setiap masak apa pun jenis masakan kalau ada takaran, pasti nyari takaran gelas, biar mudah dan tidak repot nimbang hehehe... entah karena malas tidak ingin rempong.

Yang jelas, karena selalu ingin hidup simpel dan ga pakai ribet, dan jadi juga Lumpang ala kami hari ini.


Bahannya:

  1. Tepung kanji 2 cangkir
  2. Tepung terigu 1 cangkir
  3. Air 3 cangkir dan saya pakai air kelapa yang digunakan untuk balutannya
  4. Gula 3 sdm atau sesuai selera
  5. Garam secukupnya
  6. Kelapa kukur
  7. Pewarna

Caranya:

  1. Campur tepung kanji dan tepung terigu, air kelapa dan pewarna, aduk sampai menyatu
  2. Masukkan gula dan garam
  3. Siapkan pengukus dan masukkan adonan dalam cetakan Lumpang dan sebaiknya oleskan minyak di cetakan lumpang biar tidak lengket.
  4. Kukus selama 20 menit
  5. Lumpang siap disantap setelah ditaburi kelapa kukur


Dan penampakan lumpang saya agak kampungan hihihi..karena saya kukur kelapa sendiri ala jaman doeloe dan kelapanya agak muda dan jadilah begitu.

Ah! Yang penting makan, biasanya selalu pakai yang alami, hari ini hati berbisik untuk beli pewarna, wadus! Menyesal juga tapi ya sudahlah, harus segera dialihkan dari pandangan biar tidak dipakai lagi.


Lumpang warna hijau jadi santapan sampingan hari ini, setelah lelah di luar setengah hari. Dari warna menggiurkan karena hijaunya kebanyakan, bagaimana dengan rasa? Hmmm..katanya sih enak, tapi wallahu a'lam, kalau menurut saya sih, buatan sendiri selalu enak karena tanpa pemanis buatan dan pengawet.
