@viruk, are you using steemauto now? It looks like this could be the issue :)

Because it's a requirement to get the 5% lower rate usually. I've adjusted your rate now manually. :)
That is strange, I’ve never used steemauto but have had the lower rate for the majority of the time I’ve mined this way. Thanks for manually adjusting the rate.
