[Day 4]”Doing PLANK" 1 min PLANK challenge for 30 days [30天平板支撐挑戰]

麦先生是个酒量很差的人，啤酒两瓶，白酒二两基本就已经到了极限，再喝就会秒睡了。但麦先生又是一个爱酒的人，还特意在家里做了个吧台，时不时喝点小酒。

今天，我们晚餐在家吃火锅。麦先生又拿出了自酿的桂花酒，两杯下肚，已经晕了。给六宝洗澡时，他边给六宝脱衣服边说今天不开空调暖气了，今晚感觉天很暖和，在浴室放水的我听见后赶快来抱六宝。

就是这么可爱的一个人，酒略微醒一点，又来做平板啦～嗯，今天做了一分钟，多一秒都不要做了，边做还边喊好累啊，做不了了。当然拍摄时还是强装潇洒，哈哈哈。

Mr. Mai is a very poor drinker, two bottles of beer, the basics of white wine have reached the limit, and then drink will sleep for a second. But Mr. Mai is also a wine-loving person. He also made a bar at home, and occasionally drank a little wine.

Today, we have a hot pot at home for dinner. Mr. Mai also took out the homemade osmanthus wine, two cups of belly, already dizzy. When taking a bath for Liubao, he said that he would not open the air-conditioning and heating when he undressed Liubao. It feels very warm tonight. After I heard the water in the bathroom, I hurry to hold Liubao.

It’s such a cute person, the wine is a little awake, doing plank again~ Well, he done it for a minute today, and don’t want to do it more time. Of course, when shooting, it is still strong and chic, hahaha.

附上两张我们前些天在院子里聚餐时拍的桂花酒照片。酒是去年酿上的，经过一年的酿制，香味非常的浓厚，入口也很柔。只是哺乳期的我不能喝，只能每次沾下舌头品一点点香味了。
