Hi everyone, i am Kissfirer. It’s my honor to be here, and I will show you one of my trip in Shanghai.

By the way, what is the first image when you hear Shanghai. The oriental pearl TV tower, the Bund and the huangpu river? Then, well, I chose a new way that is amazing and wonderful.

Ok , Get back to the point . Introducing to you a landmark historical building.

大家好，我是吻火者，很高兴为大家介绍我在上海的旅途。
顺便问一下，当你听到上海，你的第一印象会是什么？东方明珠？外滩？黄浦江？我想到的是另外一种令人称赞和惊奇的方式。

回到主题，为你们介绍一个标志性历史建筑。

This building is located in WuKangroad , looks like a cruise and its name is WuKang mansion. Which is one of cultural heritage selected by government in 1994.

It was built by a Hungarian architect, Hudec, in 1924, more than 90 years ago.

Seriously, there is a story about its name. The first name is I.I.S Apartment, then change to Dongmet apartment. During the Second World War, NomandieApartment is its name which is used to commemorate the victory of the Normandy Invasion.

这座像邮轮的建筑坐落在武康路，也就是我们熟称的武康大楼，1994年被政府收管为历史文化建筑遗产。
90多年前，也就是1924年。一位匈牙利国籍的建筑师邬达克先生设计了这个建筑。

一开始，这个建筑被命名为I.S.S公寓，后来改名为东美特公寓，在二战期间，为了纪念诺曼底登陆战役的胜利，更名为诺曼底公寓。

In 1953, it was took over by the government. Then, more and more cultural celebrities lived here. Zhao Dan,Qin Yi, Wang Renmei and so on.

It’s reported that they have a hard and dark time from 1960 to 1962. But they had strongly strived to survive.

At this time, it has been protected and stay the same.Only can be rented. It has 139 units for this mansion. Right now a lot of foreigners live here and enjoy their life.

1953年，政府接管了这座大楼，从此以后，越来越多的文化名人住在这里，赵丹，王人美，秦怡等曾经都住在这里。
据报道，1960年到1962年，三年自然灾害期间，他们过的比较艰苦，最后还是顽强的生存了下来。

现在，武康大楼已经被保护起来了，并且维持原貌。整个大楼只出租不出售，一共有139户人家。目前有很多的外国友人住在这里。

Every day, from sunrise to sunset, lots of people come here and take a picture with it. Meanwhile, there are many café& bar here.
1、 Cottage café & bar
The best known is the cottage café & bar. Then, the second picture is indicate the significance of finding a good boyfriend who take photos well. A cup of coffee and a brunch are a nice group from the third picture.

2、%Arabica coffee
which is popular among the young. Some girls are attracted by the handsome barista. Anyway , it has become a mark for internet celebrity.

3、 Rumors
This is a specialty coffee shop which provides single－origin roasts， milk coffee and coffee cups.

We interviewed many people who have lived here before. One of the biggest challenge is hard and difficult to gain the trust from the resident. Then ,we came in their home, we may know the warm memory or sad stories like a uncovered scar. We tried many methods, and everything comes to him who waits. We draw many useful conclusions.
