Ah my bro, less best.. more simply another reflection.

Allowing and humility creates space to own what we are responsible for. Learning from our experiences and moving forward with insight, wisdom and purpose.

That's not to say getting mad and expressing your uncensored truth has no purpose, of course it does. Wholeness is balance all ways and I'm always going to support you on that. Do your best to express yourself freely and honestly at all times, apply sufficient energy as you see fit for each scenario.

However, inmy humble opinion to cast blame is to anchor yourself in past events. It is a sticking point not only for you but as you prescribe fault on to others (not always accepting ones own part in it's creation) so too it sucks everyone into that negative focal point. I almost said vortex, though I know how you feel about such whoo whoo terminology LMAO!

Point is, express yourself. Spend less energy on others opinions and more on your own. Allow what is to be and do not accept responsibility for what is not yours. Keep it moving, tell the better feeling story and move forward towards that which you want.
