I've written a bunch on love, but this resonated with me the most when I read the new contest. Hope it resonates with you too.

Deep.. Was Frances the name of your love? That's the middle name of one of the women I fell for.. Which this poem reminds me a lot of in my own life.

This goes out to everyone who has ever felt love for someone, and somehow lost that love or that person, I've had friendships that meant the whole world and somehow life has just taken us so much apart that it's unbelievable, sometimes I wonder, why do we get so close only to get so far again,…strings?..why do good people die…? one thing I'm sure, no love is ever lost, for God is love and love is everywhere.

Thanks for sharing! And well said.. I highly resonated with both the poem and your words at the end. I often wonder myself.. How I could be so close to someone, and now I'm sort of just a stranger to them.. And yeah.. Why do the good people die so young or so much more unfairly than the predator immoral people? That bothers me a lot. Seems like the worst among us get everything they want, get huge mansions and private jets and live a long life, but the best among us.. Leave way too soon and don't get so many of the good things in life they wanted.It's unfair and I wish it was different.

I especially like your last line about love not being lost cause God is love and is everywhere.. Those are some great sentiments I highly agree with, even if it seems temporary or like it is lost sometimes, I think it's still there.. Forever. Each second is an eternity, each moment we experience it's own universe.
