Raw Cacao - Food of the Gods

In ancient cultures, cacao was always considered as Food of the Gods. Miraculous plant full of nutrients essential for our physical suits.

During this new era, we are often being sold chocolate that has in reality nothing to do with chocolate.

It's pretty much table of sugar, chemicals, additives & some milk. How twisted is that?

Throughout the history, cocoa was consumed by many ancient civilizations. One of them you probably heard of, Egyptian.

Their diet was specific in terms of Magnesium they consumed daily. It is believed they used at least 10 times more magnesium in their diets than modern humans do. Exciting aspect lies in the fact how ancient Egypt was free from majority of modern diseases, one of them being cancer.

Since pretty much everything is twisted nowadays, masses are being brainwashed to think chocolate is something it isn't. If you let a majority of chocolate consumers taste real cacao, they will probably spit it out & say how it is too bitter etc.

It's because our chocolate was manipulated, as I said above. So instead of ingesting something that's actually beneficial for our well-being, we are eating mutated food that makes us more synthetic (we are part of nature) & intoxicates our organism at the same time.

Raw organic cacao is the best form you can intake.

Many foods need to be cooked for proper ingestion but cacao is not one of them.

Cacao (ka-cow) is the raw, unprocessed form of chocolate. These untreated seeds, referred to as cacao beans, can be considered a superfood, offering a wealth of antioxidants & essential vitamins & minerals.

i liked your part where you said that the egyptians were consuming 10 times more magnesium then our civilization. i had no idea. all i know from my humble knowledge is that the lack of magnesium in the body leads to panic attacks, so maybe if we would all eat more food from the goods, we will be less stressed and anxious.

i hope to remember your recipe to try it :) sounds like a good milkshake for the kids also :)
