Sekinchan one day trip 适耕庄一日游

Today had an opportunity to visit Sekinchan with BNI Quantum family day. We stopped at 15th Pantai Redang (only if you remember we have Pulau Redang that was famous with Taiwanese movie from Richie Jen). At the backyard of the restaurant is already the ship dock.
> 今天有幸跟一般BNI的朋友和他们的家人一同出游适耕庄这个地方来。我们来到十五号门牌的“热浪海滩”（大家是否觉得熟耳能详呢？没错跟当年任贤齐的青春偶像剧《夏日嬷嬷茶》里的地方同一个名字）。餐馆外面就是船只停放的地方。

Here take a look at the price tag for each packet of dried seafood. The price is even more expansive than 99 Speedmart. Nope, I'm not complaining. I've already learn to accept the fact that product selling on the shelf from where their origin will cost more than after it was shifted out for 1 main reason, it's freshly produced! The perceived value of having it from where it was produced!
> 在这里也有卖海产干粮。这里看过去，其实价格都比较贵，可能比外面的便利店卖得更贵。不过我已经学会，体验生活。我也知道，很多时候商品在外地卖得比本地便宜的原因在于新鲜度。这些海产虽然卖得比较贵，但是如果在他们出产处买怎么都觉得比较安心而且新鲜。

Look at these bottles you can already guess how many high roller have been here. Note that the restaurant only operate during weekend when the shop owner, which is a fisherman back from sea and we'll be able to enjoy fresh seafood from this restaurant.
> 单看这些酒瓶就知道不少富家弟子来这里吃海鲜喝酒作乐过了。据说这家餐馆只有在周末渔夫回来休息才营业的。

From here, can see that the shop owner really upkeeping the wooden structure. Some of these parts has been regularly replacing and also wrapped with vinyl "flooring" mat to protect these woods.
> 从这里看得出，店东对店里的一切都有一定的要求。木板有经常被更换，以把朽坏的木块更换掉。木块上还被包上一层朔胶地板质料以保护这些模板更能耐。

This is as same as regular fisherman village anywhere around the country. I remember the same at Penang Island Chew Jetty and also Pangkor Island, Batu Kawan. Seashells are being ditched beneath the houses.
> 不管是我去到哪一个渔村，他们的格式都是一样的。我曾经印象比较深刻的是槟城的周码头，邦格岛，朋友村。贝壳就被丢弃在屋脚下。

Without further ado, here's the clamp shell locally known as LaLa. Steamed cooked with ginger and chili. Simple and able to taste the freshness of the flesh.
> 别的不说，快来看一下这一锅蒸得很甜美的蚌。用姜丝来撇开腥味还加上少许辣椒丝来调味。这种煮法又简单又能吃出海鲜的鲜味和甜味。

This is somewhat new to me. The taste is distinctively reminds me of a super mixture of canned food. Needless to say, the noodle are instant noodle. Came the pork cubes taste like canned food, which I'm going to try a grab a can next week and attempt to fry a similar version at home when I get a chance. Those shrimp are fresh and nice
> 这一碟炒面就真是很特别。味道让我想起了罐头的味道。无他，这面不管怎么看都觉得是方便面，属于罐头。然后一块一块的猪肉吃起来像罐头的五香肉丁。看来下个星期有机会一定要去弄一罐这肉丁回来炒一碟像样的来吃。虽说罐头味很重，但是虾子肯定是新鲜的。入口弹牙，非常鲜美。

1 kilogram of clamp shell isn't really that much. Most weight were taken by the shell itself. And the bill came RM66, isn't really that expansive in the end, considering we took 6 canned drinks from the ice box.
> 一公斤的蚌实在不多。基本上重量都是壳本身。埋单66马币，人民币大概百二左右，还不错。当中我们还喝了六罐罐装水，所以这个价格可是没话说了。

Before heading back to the city, let's stroll down to the beach and sweat. It's marvelously windy and hot the same time.
> 回到现实前，先来海滩玩一下，流汗一下。虽然有风，但是吹在脸上却是热风。感觉就算不晒这站着这里就会变黑。

By the time we reached KL, it was already dawn. I've decided to go grab a quick bite at the near by McDonald's and saw this beautiful scene.
> 回来后，已经是傍晚了。我决定到附近的麦当劳随便弄个晚餐吃了算，结果看到这么一幕美丽的晚霞拍下来跟大家分享。
