Hell day #2 地狱训练日

Hell day number two. Crashing in from yesterday insane amount of squats, my butt and thighs are having burning sensation. Originally I wanted to get up early to do my workout, but in the end I fell back to my comfy bed to continue sleep for another hour. It got me almost late to work. Temperature in the afternoon is insanely warm. Why would I use the word warm? That's because it is warm, due to cloudy atmosphere, heat are trapped in the air. Have you even get burnt by spectacle frame whilst walking at the street? This is how bad the current heat is. Mobile phone gets really hot and battery drained for no reason. At current state, my phone can hardly survive until 3pm when it used to last the whole day when I'm out at work. Today's workout module focus mainly on core strength and lower body. 150 interval crunches and 150 mountain climbers.

地狱训练日的第二天，今天身体感觉疲惫。应该是昨天过量的深蹲运动，导致今天屁屁和大腿有一种被火烧的感觉。早上本来想说早一点起床把人物完成，可是还是不支而倒，在舒适的卧床上继续多睡了一个小时，还好没有迟到！今天的天气，也实在是过份温暖。为什么说温暖呢？其实今天太阳又不是说很晒，只是由于云多把热气不断在大气层内循环，整个好像桑拿一样。有没有试过在外面走路时走着走着不小心被自己戴着的眼镜框烫到自己的头？今天就是这么一天了。今天的运动着重在中围和下半身。间歇运动，150卷腹运动和150爬山者。
