Prolog 前言

Since ex-girlfriend and "large children" arrived Ipoh yesterday by train, things has gotten a little busy as need to entertain them. We went for some crazy lunch and dinner with my family, followed by Starbucks supper. Basically I just couldn't get myself up on time to workout, and immediately had to go for breakfast. After that, is a lot of shopping, rushing to buy school uniform since we're in Ipoh. Good old school pants 9 bucks a piece, it's still very affordable in small town. Am sorry, no photo detail today. Immediately rush back home and pack up our luggage then head out for lunch and now we're back to Kuala Lumpur.

自从昨天旧情人和小情人搭火车来到怡保后,为了满足这些女人搞到我们两个男的不得空。中午还到了一家相当贵的餐厅去吃一顿,然后晚上又和我的家人去聚餐。聚餐完后再到星巴克去夜宵,基本上就是热量/糖份超标。今天早上根本爬不起床,未能准时运动又要赶着出门和家人去吃早餐了。吃完又立刻动身去疯狂扫货,买校服。要开学了,学校年终假期下个星期就结束了。反正在怡保消费比较低,所以在怡保买校服还能找到九块钱一件裤子,实在没话说了。不好意思,照骗都没有拍到,买完就立刻赶回家去收拾行李又赶出来吃午饭然后就感路回来吉隆坡了。

Workout 运动


Finally, I got some time to do a set of planks. 4 sets of 75 seconds planks with 25 seconds interval rests. Pretty much the same as I felt, but the middle part of my body does felt much heavier to lift! I refused to go to the weighing scale. I really don't wanna know, or I'm afraid it will drive me off, give up instead of work harder. LOL


终于有机会静下来做运动了。今天做了4组75秒平板支撑,每一组间歇25秒。感觉上和之前差不多,不会感觉退步。不过,倒是觉得中围厚了重了,很难将身子维持在一个平板状态。也不想到秤上去,怕自己知道“坏消息”后不是发奋图强而是选择放弃自己。哈哈。

我忙了几天,偷懒了几天,也病了😭没有做到运动,实在愧疚,所以刚才做了个一分钟的plank罢了。发烧,身体全身痛😭

話近唔近,話遠都幾遠。200公里左右。冇塞車兩粒鐘。上個拜六我大佬用咗七粒鐘。過年我試過八粒鐘,不過原來比我早半粒鐘到達喞舊同學早我五個鐘出發🤣
