Prolog 前言

3rd quarter closed for the financial year, and now we have less than 3 months to complete our budget in my work place. I am supposed to do 4.1 million for the company, but as at to date I only produced about 3.5 million. At this point of time, the big shots is asking for our forecast and budget for next year. You know what? My boss has committed me for 4.5 million. Who can teach me what kind of maths could add up the forumla? In the end I was stuck in the office doing lots of reports. 公司年度总结已经刚刚结张了第三季,换句话说,剩下还不到三个月时间来达成今年业绩了。今年我的目标本来是需要做四百一十万的,可是我才做了大概三百五十万。这段时间老板一直催逼一直要所有市场行销的作报告,想要我们弄一些不切实际的预测业绩来看“书面上”的利润。这时的领导们都特别爱讲话,四百一十万都没有被我达成,老板娘竟然说我可以开始准备明年的四百五十万了。卧槽!结果基本上今天是一整天被卡在办公室做永无止境的报告。

Workout 运动

Today, mark an important day on the challenge. The entire idea of adding 10 seconds each day to challenge plank position is to train myself to be discipline. With my current eating orders, as well as limited choice of food, I'm guessing even I plank for full 10 minutes everyday will not help me lose my stomach. 今天是30十天平板支撑的其中一个重要节日。其实每天增加十秒钟的平板支撑,最大目的就是要锻炼身体和精神上的坚持。以我目前的饮食习惯,再加上公司附近的赛百味结业后根本再没有其他比较健康卫生的餐馆在附近了。我估计,就算我练个十分钟的平板支撑也不能把我的大肚腩给削下来。

Feelings 感想


I don't feel much wrong right now. It's kinda tiring today, as if I'm burning myself off half way planking. At timing of about 1 minute 20 seconds, I already felt like my butt started to fall, as well as when I trying to tuck in, and I feel like I'm hurting my back, which is a wrong form of plank exercise that may cause possible injuries. I was holding myself hanging there half way trying to relax my mind, and finally I have completed 2/3 of the challenge at 200seconds!
我没觉得什么不妥,只不过有些累。精神上被工作影响了,平板支撑时也觉得在燃烧自己。当运动进行到一份二十秒是,我已经觉得屁股很重,下半身开始向下沉。我试着将中围缩紧,可是还是不断下沉。如果特意将下腹向上挺,我就开始感觉到背部会痛,如果特意坚持很有可能会弄伤,所以我也没有特意抬高屁股,就这样半天吊着完成完成了今天的挑战。目前的三分之二挑战,也就是200秒的挑战,希望能一直坚持到五分钟去。

Good to know that you are healthy now. I haven't exercised for a long time and my spare tyre around my waist is getting bigger. Maybe I should try planking. Any advice for beginners?

Hey. Thanks for stopping by. Technically, body fat is caused by food intake. Try to reduce sugar intake, high energy food such as rice, noodle, bread, even porridge. Six packs abs are made of kitchen, not the amount of exercises. I choose plank simply because I'm lazy. You can start with 10seconds. And then gradually increase 10seconds on a daily basis. By day 30, you're already 5 minutes planker! But I guarantee your belly fat still there if food intake not being controlled.
