Today, we are talking about seven cells.
This story surely comes out when you learn Ayurveda.

And before that, as a premise, Food is divided into two roles of entering the human body nutrition or excretion. Also, that nutrition is bodily fluid and it turns into whole body or half of it is blood. On top of that, our human body is said to be built with seven cells.

• Plasma : given nutrition and building the body
• Blood : Blood is made. Life is given by letting the whole body go around
• Muscle : Muscle will be made soon. Muscles protect bones and organs
• Fats : Fats are made. It is lubricated by giving oil
• Bone marrow : Bone marrow is made. I will work to fill the contents
• Sperm : Sperm / semen is made. Giving genital ability

In this way, we define seven cells necessary for human body.
And, in the book of Ayurveda you own, there is written about which cell of each of these seven cells to work for each spice.

For example,

• Ginger and garlic act on all cells.
• Coriander works on body fluids, blood, muscles.

And so on.

In this way, as the ingredients contained in spices and ingredients are different, the cells that work are also different, so knowing that is also interesting! What? I think only I think

「楽しく、美味しく、健康に」スパイスの魅力をお伝えする、areUspicyです。

今日は、7つの細胞のお話しです。
アーユルヴェーダを学ぶと必ず出てくるこの話。

と、その前に、大前提として、食べ物は、ヒトの体内に入ると、栄養物か排泄物かの2つの役割に分かれます。また、その栄養物は、体液となり全身に回るか、残りの半分は血液となるという考えです。その上で、私たちヒトの体は７つの細胞で構築されているとされています。

• 体液　：　栄養が与えられ、体を構築しています
• 血液　：　血液が作られます。全身を巡らせることで生命を与えています
• 筋肉　：　筋肉が作られます。筋肉は骨や臓器を守っています
• 脂肪　：　脂肪分が作られます。油分が与えられることで潤滑されます
• 骨髄　：　骨髄が作られます。中身を詰める働きをします
• 精子　：　精子・精液が作られます。生殖器能力を与えます

と、このように、ヒトの体に必要な細胞を7つ定義しいています。
そして、自分の持っているアーユルヴェーダの本には、各スパイスごとに、この7つのどの細胞に働きかけるか、というようなことが書いてあります。

例えば、

• 生姜やニンニクは、全ての細胞に働きかける。
• コリアンダーは、体液、血液、筋肉に働きかける。

というように。

こう考えると、スパイスや食材に含まれる成分が異なるように、働きかける細胞も異なるので、それを知ると、また面白いですよね！？と思ってるのは私だけでしょうけどね（笑）
