Why power up? My top 10 reasons why you should
- You can delegate SP (steempower) for profit.
- You can have fun effectively flagging spam.
- You can support Steemians by upvoting good content.
- You can upvote friends and family.
- Powering up supports Steemit and raises the value.
- When companies launch new Smart Media Tokens the more SP you have the more tokens of each company you get! This reason alone should have many powering up!
- Bots are constantly sold out and profit is nearly gone for the average Steemian, large investors have a huge opportunity to power up and run a 300% upvote profitable bid bot taking a big % of market share depending on the size of the investment.
- Steemit will take off by April making you wish you had invested & you can power down a bit of profit in October.

I was a big fan of steempower from the day i joined steemit. When i go for something, i really go for it and in this case, that means powering up is he most important thing to do for me. Increasing bantwidth, vote worth and in general participating on this platform the way i like it, it all depends on steempower. I probably wont make it to whale level by april buth constantly moving forward is a good start.

Exactly! I should have found steemit at least 1 year earlier. I saw STEEM coming on the exchanges so why didn't i find steemit then? Things could have been a lot different by now.
I'm in the constant rush to buy more Steem to power up. I just started here a month ago and im really kicking myself for not joining Steemit sooner, I started lurking on Steemit in November.. ugh! I am trying my best though and really enjoying it.
