Finance Wednesday with @SteemPh [earn.com, playup.com, byteball]
Here comes another Wednesday which means Finance Wednesday. I wonder if this topic is picked to be on Wednesday or just random. Didn’t you guys know that Wednesday is the hump day? It’s the hill or mountain we climb before straight downhill from Thursday to Friday. Just kidding, it’s okay with me because I don’t work Monday to Friday. I work on shift which means I work whenever it is my shift and the days alternates.

Anyway, let us pick up what we left off last week. We were talking about “extra income”, sidelines to supplement our main income.
We have talked about steemit which is a great option as an extra income. In steemit we get rewarded or paid with STEEM and SBD (steem dollar). STEEM and SBD is a form of cryptocurrencies. So if you are using steemit, you are already involve or you are already treading in crypto space.
THE CRYPTO DREAM
I have written a blog regarding how to get into crypto without spending a dime and I think I will go over it here as well for the readers of this FINANCE WEDNESDAY segment.
Some people joined steemit armed with dedication, perseverance and the “never give up” attitude. They did not put any money on steemit and now most of those people have a considerable amount of steem or steem power. Is it enough for Lambo? Well maybe not yet but that is the start and one day, it will be Lambo day.
There are lots of ways to earn “extra income” in fiat but why crypto?
Crypto is very young and it has the potential to grow big or increase in value. The byteballs that you are getting from the airdrop right now might only worth a few cents but if you hold unto them for say a year or so or just even months, the price could be way more than what it is worth now.

You can earn playchips by playing the daily fantasy sports very easy.
On this platform you have the potential to get big rewards or big gains. Because it is a betting/gambling platform you have the chance of winning big.
If you play the free entry games you are not losing anything and those free games do give out huge prizes. I have seen a lot of Indians (people from India not the Indians from America) in the platform and they are the ones topping the ranks and earning big prizes.
If you follow sports and you are familiar with statistics of the game for example you follow NBA and you are familiar with their players and their stats you have a better chance of winning because you can pick what you think are the best players to get good stats on that game.

You can easily cash out your playchips by swapping it to a gift cards for Coles, Myers, Mastercards, David Jones and JB Hi Fi. These are Australian retail outlets so probably no use for you if you are not in Austraila.
However, you can also trade your playchips at the exchanges when their ICO is finished.
Playchip is currently the platforms crypto. It is currently under ICO but once the ICO is finished you can trade your playchips on the external exchange, on playup exchange or just swap it with gift cards on the playup platform.

Still Got No Byteball?
To be honest I haven't been bitten by the byteball bug until I was looking for Featured Posts for Finance Wednesday.
@artgirl made a post about getting byteball, so I have got into it and the rest is history.

In addition to @artgirl article, I have made a little follow up tutorial on how to get your byteball airdrop with the “STEEM Attestation Bot”.
Assuming you already have the App.
- On your dashboard click on “Chat” located at the bottom right corner.
- Click on “Bot Store”
- Click on “Steem attestation bot”
- Click on “Add Bot”. It will then ask you to give it your byteball wallet address.
- Click on “Home” located at the bottom left corner.
- Click on your wallet “Settings”, that’s the gear icon on the right of your wallet name.
- Click on “Advanced” then “Wallet Information” the copy your “Wallet Address”
- Go back to “Chat” then click on “Steem attestation bot” then “Open Chat”
- Paste your “wallet Address” then click on “Send”
- Click on the link that the bot is given on the chat. This will open the “steemconnect”.
- Click on “Continue” then choose your account on steemit.
- Go back to your byteball wallet and on the “Chat”. You can see that on “chat” the bot is asking you whether to put your steem username on private or public. I have chosen “Public”.
- The bot then ask you to prove the ownership of your wallet. Just click on the link given on chat. Then click on “Sign”
- A copy of code will be pasted on your text window on the chat, just click on “Send”
- And that’s it, if you click on “Home” you will see your byteball balance.

Earn.com is pretty good especially to talented people like you. People do ask queries relating to your niche and you can pick how much you charge.
I think those type of "free money generating" apps are good thing to just keep it in the phone and not to worry about it after.
