Community Thursday with @SteemPh
Greetings to all the lovely communities!
It is an honor to welcome you to Steemph’s Community Thursday.
Hello, my fellow Steemians! I may not be able to include all the charity posts but I would like you to know that your love for everyone is sincerely appreciated. People may tend to forget your name and the good things that you’ve done, but there’s someone in Heaven that will always remember how good you are at helping those in needs. Although some of you are also experiencing hard times, you can still manage to bring happiness to someone else’s life. This journey can be rude but as long as there are people like you, life will be bearable!
Here are the simple guidelines for curation:
- Minimum 300 words or 3 stanzas.
- Minimum 2 pictures. Must be credited if not original.
- Must be at least 90% original content with sources clearly credited. 100% Original content preferred.
- With the exceptions of Tuesday Community Competitions & Thursday Community Outreach Day. All posts must be tagged #SteemPh to be eligible for curation.
- Posts must not be more than 4 days old.
We will be curating SteemPh wide across all the hubs and using @SteemPh.Trail to upvote suitable posts. If a post already received an upvote from the trail, it cannot receive another.
But wait, there’s good news!
Since my column is about the Community Outreach, everybody has the chance to be featured. What does it mean? I have the privilege to choose from other countries aside from my very own motherland (which is the Philippines).
Another thing is that there’s no required limit on your post payout, so those who already have a high post payout can still have the chance. But of course, we must give way for community posts that are not earning much.
All topics about helping the community and the people are wholeheartedly welcome.
There are no colors, races, and nationalities; we are all God's children. Let’s support one another and never leave each other behind!

ScholarsPH Blog #1: Our First Scholar, Myke

I’m a product of different scholarships during my school days and I’m glad to know that there are Steemians who are trying their best to help those underprivileged students. Education is an essential tool for a better life, the roots of it have a bitter taste most of the time, but the fruits will always be sweet and all worth it. Let us help these young generations to turn their dreams into reality, they deserve it!
STEEM-HELPING-HANDS FREE VOCATIONAL TRAINING: DAY1

Some of our brothers and sisters in Africa were given the chance to learn different livelihoods such as toilet wash making, baking cupcakes, making a clutch purse, basics of photography, and introduction to graphic designing. An inspirational speech was also given to boost the confidence of these teenagers and to remind them that never be afraid of pursuing their real passion in life. Let’s hope for the best and may the fire of determination keeps on burning!

Too much poverty makes everything hard and even healthy food are taken for granted. Hunger and malnutrition are alarmingly high in some areas of the world, and in the worst cases, it can cause death. Good thing that there are volunteers who give their time and effort to provide nutritious meals for the children of Maracay, Venezuela. The kids are happy to fill their tummy, their smiles are proof of it!
Humanity still exists. Let’s grab each other’s hands; wonderful things can be achieved.
