At @steemph.uae, we aim to motivate and cultivate Pinoy content creators from the UAE. Daily, we shall feature quality posts in order to boost visibility and subsequently keep them more engaged on the platform.

To encourage quality content, we are laying out below few rules:

Yay for hubbies who cook for their wives! Today, @lhyn shared an Ilocano dish recipe her husband cooked - Pinakbet. It is pretty simple to do, even kids can do it!

Lutong Bahay Recipe #5 " Bicol Express Recipe" by @angelbless
Bicol express same as ginataang taro leaves is made up of pork (any part) but mostly belly, coconut milk, chilies and salted fry shrimp paste (sibling) the only different is the leaves of taro was been added as ingredients.
This "sinful" recipe shared by @angelbless used pork back recipe. Prepare the rice!!! Hypertensives be careful when eating this delectable dish though.
