In support of Steemit Philippines " A Walk of Hope" Project with @flabbergast-art
Even before there was Steemit, Marlon aka @flabbergast-art have been joining my childhood friends each time we go out prior to my leaving the country. That friend of ours is in his band and a cousin of mine is also in their circle who are into bonsais. I could include one of my brothers in their group but he's not that very close to him as he rarely joins them now when it comes to bonsai competitions.
Meeting him just after i joined Steemit in 2016, it was only in the last few months of 2017 that he agreed for me to create him his own account. And lately, he have been posting but under duress. For him it's a struggle to post though he is always posting in Facebook, even doing live sessions of paintings and playing an instrument. What's wrong with posting here on Dtube and Dlive?

Alinaga Tour around the country
Last year's Music and Arts were just a taster of what they will be doing in their "A Walk of Hope" tour this year, which would involve walking from town to town, commencing in Visayas to Mindanao before coming back to Luzon. As from our Music and Arts charity initiatives before with Marlon, the target population will still be the unprivileged Filipinos in our society ie. special kids, prison inmates, public students, nursing homes, etc. How long they will be in each town depends on how many groups will be arranged for them to perform and to teach Arts.
Another reason for this tour, is to reach-out to the artists of the country and promote the platform where they can showcase their works and earn. Steemit is a platform where the Van Gogh's of the world can thrive, earn and need not be lacking when pursuing their ART.
This tour will also showcase some Ilocos paintings and other artworks to share the Ilocano culture to the other parts of the country. Their tour being cut-off in 2012 due to financial reason, this year 2018 will make his dream come true and finish it, the duration depending on their schedule and pace.

For its' part, Steemit Philippines will be giving away vegetable seeds, as well as paper pads and pencils to the kids, this a suggestion from Marlon. @steemph fliers will be inserted to these for the kids to bring home for their families.Perhaps the community can suggest on what mechandise to give away that are beneficial to the people? We have thought of pins, fridge magnets but I doubt if we will push through with them.

yes of course, I will and I am willing.. I hope anytime soon If we are increasing in numbers here at same time my income is continuously moving.. but for now seem having hard getting some support.. but its ok I'm working hard. I do love charity project we did that before when I was working in a fast food chain Jollibee. We go to boys town home, home for the aged and even collaborate with public sector like sagip kabataan project of ABS CBN. That was 2007 until 2012 we did that twice a year as part of Jollibee foundation. Later let me try that initiative speak out using my post... you are really good..

If we are doing this project we need other people support for the event.. I can organize things and even plans alone.. yet we need workforce for this one.. manpower in short..
We only have 2 artists doing this..but we can wait for a new group to launched soon. How far is dumaguete to Bacolod???
if you take it by bus.. between 5 to 7 hours... private takes 4 hours and minutes... ive seen recently there is a community and set of people in dumaguete.. I guess that would be the best choice though..
me and my two friends just join 2 days ago are here.. but they are not really active as of this moment..
We are waiting for the launch of a group in Negros..based in Dumaguete. If they will travel to Bacolod, that would be great. As for Bacolod, wala pa group din..unless you or anyone there can create a branch, not necessarily under @steemph if not wanting.
LGU will be involved with their accomodations and food, dunno lang with manpower.
Jezmacher there will be no manpower needed in this theraphy art workshop will just be needing coordination in the LGU and with the help of steemit in the said area

I had conversation with dumaguete team that they have a plan for meet up.. I was invited to come and join.. I said yes..
The manpower needed for the tour is to pitch in steemph and steemit..to tell the people that we have a platform that they can earn from blogging. Steemph can help while they are new or oldy steemians can teach them.
Endpoint is that they can earn, for artists, there is a platform for their art.
