RE: Should George Soros be tried for War Crimes?

in #steemnews8 years ago

Not that I approve of the violation of natural rights, but according to current criminal governments abuse of the rule of law, couldn't Soros be detained without charge, without trial, and tortured for providing material support to terrorists? So could most of our US government, but we're only talking about Soros here.

I think, under international law, which I don't subscribe to either, he could be tried for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

He could, in the US, be tried for treason, attempting to overthrow the US government, material support to terrorists, interfering with US elections, and many many more high crimes and misdemeanors. I think that anyone in the US government who has the authority and doesn't arrest him, is guilty of ,at least, obstruction of justice, maybe even complicity in his other crimes.

Had I proposed such allegations I might well have got past page 2 of a google search which is where my Syrian posts regularly have got to! Those exact thoughts have crossed my mind. The Clintons used US assets to bomb a factory which threatened one of their direct investments and there are too many corpses around for comfort. Kissinger abused every law known to mankind. As much as I feel a bit sorry for Obama with the obstructions he faced, there are too many cases of his allowing things to run: ISIS being a major factor and the dreadful pandering to Israel which is a disgrace.
The USA is more dangerous than North Korea.
Awful to be able to say that but it a nation out of control in terms of governance.
Greed grips the entirety of the administration.
