The value of #steem has been rapidly declining lately, probably mainly because of the general crypto bear market, but also because of the problems/issues that Steemit Inc. is facing.

To be honest, if the decline of steem value was only because of a bear market in general, I wouldn't worry a bit, because there is always another bull market wainting around the next corner...

My biggest worries are the issues with Steemit Inc., and the fact that people are writing about the death of steem and #steemit.
I don't believe myself that steem is dying...at least, I hoping that it isn't...but who knows what the future will bring??

The future of Steemmonsters

It's a fact that steem is hurting right now, but where does that leave all the Dapps, old and new? In this case, I'm especially thinking about @steemmonsters, the greatest game ever built on a blockchain.. Will it be able to survive in these conditions, and what will happen if the people who are doing maintainance of the #blockchain stop continuing to do so??

Is there anyone taking over, securing that the game will be able to continue playing, and evolving further?

Is it enough that witnesses are maintaining the blockchain? As I've understood, witnesses are under economic pressure doing these tasks in this situations, and what happens if they back down?

I know that I have a lot of questions, and some of them are maybe difficult to answer, but I need someone to convince me that there is nothing to worry about, things will be alright again🙂

I'm not backing down, not going to power down and sell my steem...Not going to happen....I really want to invest more, but I'm affraid it isn't the best idea....or is it?
