Background: Hating pirates and detroying entire towns to clear out any pirates and traitors associating with them,.'The Admiral' is feared by all as he has no sympathy to pirates and lives taken in the name of the wasted. Towns have been erased from the map in search for the 'Pirate Captain'.

Through his constant search for the 'Pirate Captain' his hatred consumed him and his powerful navy could obliterate any opposition for wealth, ships and corrupting world leaders with protection.

Background: The captain for all pirates evades the navy by intimidation and treasure. His real identity is not known but his tales of treachery and raiding have reach across all distant locations. More criminals are seeking the oceans to join his forces to eventually control the sea.
