Lightning Dragon right is the cheapest beta legendary dragon card to buy. I don't know the exact reason why it's so cheap maybe if lightning dragon had 4+ range attack now at max level this card have only 3+ range attack or it's expensive to level up dragon cards therfore people don't want to buy them. If you like to play with dragon team then this card is the best range attack monster in the entire game. Lighting Dragon can make enemy harmless for one round with his stun ability, reduce monster's health even if they have shield. Most advantageous abilities of this card are blast and flying ability. Lighting Dragon has 6 speed and additional flying ability can save him from range and melee attacks. The last ability is blast where Lightning Dragon can attack all enemy monsters at once.
