Steem-Monster Guide To Maximum Free Packs

I know its a little late in the league to be creating a guide considering the league ends in just a handful of days. But a new feature has been added to the league over the past couple days which prompted me to write this guide.

Winning Free Daily Booster Packs. So far this has required players to win 10 games with a specific splinter. Once completed you are automatically given a free Booster Pack. This can be done once every 24 hours.

This guide isn't specific to any type of splinter and can be done with any combo of cards that can get you 10 win matches within a 24 hour period.

Step 1 : Don't level up your cards

Yes, you read that right. Don't level up your cards ( not yet at least ). The reason why is ......... it's easier to win 10 battles a day vs. lower ranked opponents then it is vs. higher ranked opponents. You want to stay at the low levels for as long as possible because each new daily challenge will have a different set of rules.

For example lets say you use the Death Splinter as your main battlers and are at 1500 Points in the league. If the daily challenge ends up being to win 10 matches with the water splinter you are going to need to level up your water splinter cards or possibly buy more to win any battles as Level 1 summoners and monsters likely won't cut it at the 1500 point level.

Step 2 : Stop Playing

Stop playing as soon as you get your 10 wins. Your goal isn't to reach a high points level in the league ( at least not yet but we will get to that part in Step 3 ). Your goal is to simply win ten matches and stay at the lowest level possible as this makes it easier to win ten matches for the next daily challenge.

Step 3 : Its Time To Level Up

Now that you know how to maximize your daily free booster packs lets not forget about the league rewards themselves. The current league rewards range from 1 Free booster pack ( 100 points to attain ) to 30 Free Booster Packs ( 4300 + Points to attain). While there are some ( myself included ) that have played hundreds of these games to get to certain league levels I believe this is a more efficient way to climb the ranks and maximize your free booster pack rewards.

On the last day or two of the league, level up your cards to your desired amount and play. It won't take you long to shoot up the ranks and reach the maximum level possible for your team as there will likely be tons of players hitting the battle fields trying to get points during the last 24-48 hours of league battling. This way you can easily attain the free daily booster and also maximize your league rewards.

The first league is almost over so there is only a day or two left to implement the above strategy but its good to keep this strategy in mind as this league structure and daily rewards may happen again in the future.
